I’ve been working with Smarcomms for about a month now and I think their content is great. We made a couple of tweaks just based on what I prefer the feel of my company’s message to be but they quickly made the changes. I started on a smaller package but plan to upgrade soon. I'm using Smarcomms to add content to my socials and their content is great with options to edit before they list, but they have never needed me to edit as it aligns with my business perfectly. Very good service!
I’ve been signed up with Smarcomms for a number of years. There are many companies who’ve copied their model offering social media management services with huge promises but don’t deliver. Smarcomms team truly ‘get it’ and recently the communication has improved greatly too.
It did drop off a bit a few years back (I guess they scaled fast) but they seem to be launching a load of new policies recently that are ALL customer focused.
We rely on these guys to not just share posts and keep us looking good on Facebook, but to focus on building our brand for the long term with a real strategic approach!
When we joined years back, I had many technical issues with connecting pages etc but Smarcomms guided me through it. The time they spent helping showed they gave a damn about us, and the progression of our business.
All in all, I’m very happy and would recommend!

poor customer service .Have used them for 2 months .they don't take feedback well and if something is not right at your end they will not even bother to ask you to fix it and keep charging you money till you find out ,My business is based in Australia and they have been promoting it in Canada .. Very poorly structured model.
