Very pleased
Our electric fireplace arrived in few days. It was well packed and delivered.
It is super easy to install and looks beautiful in our home. You see all the imitation fireplaces looking pathetic but this one has a good “flame”, many options to chose, timer etc.

Unreliable and you can’t talk to anyone.
Placed an order for a media wall fire on Nov 18th, 2 items received cracked into DX’s delivery depot resulted in my media wall build having to be cancelled which was booked months earlier for Dec 5th. All in all terrible from start to finish. Sent them multiple emails over the course of 3 weeks asking for someone to please call me and not email. They won’t. Just send you another email the following day.

Useless!!!
Useless. Waste of time .
It took me 6h to assemble it, timberframe takes 2h with 1/3 o cost. Ordered that thinking of time saving. 100s of screws to assemble, every aluminium piece covered with protective foil. What a waste of time.

Delivery was really quick, was a bit concerned because i didn’t receive a dispatched item email, but they responded after i sent an email with a tracking link. Really happy with the fireplace i ordered, looks great and it was well packaged. I do recommend checking for any faults straight away and testing the fireplace out before installing it, just in case.
