Matthew at the Maribyrnong store was friendly, helpful and patient. At no point did I feel that he was trying to up-sell me something I didn't want. He answered all my questions and helped me find the best deal.
Delivery was efficient, and kept me up-to-date with expected delivery time.
This was a better experience than I've had with other bedding companies. I would buy from Sleeping Giant again.

Very impressed by the service of the sales lady Josie. She was very patient and attentive to our needs. Also offered advice that was helpful. Will definitely be back when we next decide to buy an ensemble and mattress.

Misleading $50 welcome offer poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel the communication from this company is deceptive. I registered on the website after receiving multiple messages promising a $50 discount on my first purchase.
When I tried to check out with $494 worth of items plus a $40 assembly charge (bringing my total out-of-pocket spend to $534), the code refused to work. When I contacted customer service (Maria Malero), I was simply dismissed with a link to the terms and conditions stating the product total must hit exactly $499, completely ignoring the fact that my actual bill was well over that amount.
Hiding strict exclusions in the fine print while aggressively advertising a "welcome discount" feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The customer service lacked any flexibility or helpfulness to resolve a simple $5 difference for a new customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Purchased a king single bed online. Received a human confirmation of order as well as a delivery date via email within minutes. Delivery tracker is amazing. It provided an initial 4 hour window for delivery with timely updates of expected delivery time. Delivery staff were polite, fr I rndly and very well organised. Excellent delivery experience.

I think the delivery fee of $146 is excessive considering I bought a $1000 mattress ( Kensington Queen Firm Mattress). And the delivery guys could have been a bit more careful with handling of mattress.

The guys did a great job delivering and installing the mattress and base. On time, and took away all the rubbish. Highly recommended!

When I went down to let the delivery driver in he was smoking in the truck with the mattresses. He then insisted on carrying it in himself even though there was 2 of them. Once inside our gate he threw it on the ground because it was too heavy for him - the mattress we paid $1800 for. It was a crap experience.

Excellent and affordable options available. We were lucky to have the one we want available for pickup so we enjoyed our mattress from the first day. The aero mattress was so good and can be compared to the more expensive ones. Would definitely recommend them

I found my first experience of shopping at Sleeping Giant to be fantastic. I spoke to Helen about my purchase of a mattress and she was very knowledgeable and assisted me to look at all my options and really understand how I sleep. She gave me tips on the care of the mattress and although I did not purchase that day when I went back Di that assisted me back up everything that Helen has spoken to me about and made the purchase simple but informative. Would thoroughly recommend them.
