They didnt read delivery instructions, didnt call the recipient on delivery instructions, lied about waiting 20mins when they just got there 5 minutes before, they didnt deliver to the apartment which has a lift, left bed in the foyer, bad service, change your delivery company, they were rude

I bought a queen mattress, a single mattress & a chair from the Castle Hill store on 28/5. The items were delivered on 1/7. As soon as the queen mattress was placed in my bed frame I noticed it did not fit so I immediately returned it to its packaging & contacted the store, told them what happened & that I wanted to return this mattress. The other items were fine. I was told I needed to fill a form online & head office would organise the return which I did. Over the next week, I have been going back & forth with Customer Service trying to get a refund & return the mattress. I was asked to send photos, I did. I was asked to send measurements, I did. I was told there was nothing wrong with the mattress. I reviewed the T&C on the website only to be greeted by an error page. I then used their AI bot to ask about returns & it advised items could be returned. I also used the AI bot to review their T&C. I shared these with Customer Service. Still my request was rejected & I was told to consider buying a new bed frame. After spending $2,000 with this company, they ask me to spend more but don’t refund a brand new, unused mattress in its original packaging. This is the first time I have shopped with The Sleeping Giant & will never shop there again. In the past I have bought my mattresses from Harvey Norman & Myer & they have sorted out any issues we had no problem. I would encourage anyone reading this to reconsider purchasing from this company. The Customer Service team is unhelpful & rude.

The delivery guys were fantastic! They arrived on time and were extremely professional, helpful and very friendly!! I was very impressed.

The boy's were on time with the delivery and very friendly. The campbelltown store staff were very helpfull with our purchase, the lady was who helped us was fantastic in explaining the different types of mattress and gave us plenty of time to try them out for our style of comfort. If your in the market for a new mattress I would recommend going to the sleeping giant.

After accommodating three separate delivery arrangements, receiving a damaged product is simply unacceptable. Ginormous crack in the marble top of my dresser. The lack of quality control, combined with the ongoing inconvenience, has made this a thoroughly frustrating experience.

We bought a bed and side tables from sleeping giant Logan store. We were served by Bo who is an excellent helpful person in selecting and selling the bed to us. He arranged the delivery for us with his delivery team who were Jake and Farryn. These two gentleman were excellent in communicating with us during the delivery and placing items in the specified locations in the room. All these people are excellent in all aspects of selling and delivery and I recommend them for any body who requires their services.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Called to ask us which day/time would be best for us for delivery and then the delivery guys took it to the bedroom, which was a huge help. Highly recommended. So much better than getting a mattress in a box left on your doorstep!
