It was a good quality solid divan base. These guys delivered it a few days before the website went down. Im extremely greatful I received this in time before the website went down and company dissapeared.

SLEEP BEDS IS THE WORST SCAM SITE EVER, WHERE ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE ALL SCAMMERS AND THIEVES AS WELL AS THE DELIVERY COMPANY ZENITH DELVERY NETWORK WHO WERE SCAMMING THIEVES TOO. OPENED A BED SITE TO STEAL MONEY OF INNOCENT PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE GOT AWAY WITH IT. WEBSITE SEEMS CLOSED NOW SO THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND DID A RUNNER. KARMA WILL GET THEM ALL! WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND THATS WHAT I BELIEVE.

Firstly, if you are thinking of ordering from 'Sleepbeds', DON'T.
Still in doubt, try the phone number they advertise. Good luck with getting a response - ever. I tried on numerous occasions, for up to an hour. Nothing.
I tried to call as I had not received my order, nor any response after the initial contact stating my order would be delivered, usually in around 3 days.
After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, despite many emails, I finally stated I wanted an immediate refund. I did then finally get a response to tell me to expect a refund in 10-20 working days.
When I replied to this to say that was unacceptable, as they withdrew the full amount for the order the following day, I had another stock email now stating to expect the refund in 20-30 days!!!
I sent a further email telling them I would be persuing this with my bank, and a few days later I had a further and last email from them stating that they could no longer process any payments or refunds due to their 'Worldpay' not working.
All a complete load of rubbish, as I don't believe they are even a legitimate company with any intentions of fulfilling any orders.
I am currently trying to retrieve this money through my bank's fraud department.
You've been warned!

I ordered a bed on 26th Jan, after weeks of chasing i finally received an email to say it would be delivered 3rd March. After waiting in all day, I called to be told it was unable to be delivered and there was no further date. I requested to cancel the bed and a full refund. I was told 10-20 working days. This was due 31st March. I've still not received the refund and now the email address is not recognised!!!! LIVID!!

If there was zero stars I would have given that. This company does not even deserve 1 star! Ordered a bed in January with the impression of a 10 day delivery. Lies! Delayed twice eventually got a delivery date for 6 weeks after my order date!! Guess what…nothing arrived. Asked for an immediate refund, told will be 10-20 days to process!! It is now April and no refund has appeared. Customer service is non existent, cannot speak to anyone via telephone and emails do not get answered. Shameful company and a shambles from start to finish. Order elsewhere!!! I have ordered from elsewhere/ delivered in 3 days! and got a company to remove my old bed before a refund could even appear (wish had originally ordered that way) and I now have a lovely new bed before this company even pulled their finger out processed the refund! A joke and a fraudulent company. DONT BUY FROM THEM! You have been warned!!! My bank is now claiming the money from them!

Never received the ordered bed. It's been 2 months. No answer from the company. Never order from them! SCAM. It looks like they shut the business, and their website disappeared, no phone response!

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a bed for daughters birthday - was told 2 week delivery, 4 weeks later no sign of bed or even a delivery date. Tried calling- horrendous music then rings out. Eventually got email response from Pamela and asked to cancel the order which was straightforward - however another 4 weeks later no sign of refund and no response from the number . Do not use !

Absolutely awful company, stay clear!
Order a mattress, started off well wit an email confirming order and then delivery company saying mattress will be delivered 'soon' Waited weeks, eventually got an email back saying there is no confirmed delivery date. Kept trying to email back, just said email is not in use! Emailed to cancel order and managed to get a refund back through my bank. They then had the audacity to email me today some 2 months after my order to say it looks like we have delivered the mattress and was I happy with my order and to write a review!!! Here is my review. There was a problem from the start , so I cancelled the order and was told I would get a full refund, that was on the 16th of march, guess what STILL WAITING, don’t have anything to do with this company, they are appalling, and that’s being kind.

Massive scam I ordered my bed 2 months ago I have put 5 starts so people can see AVOID UNLESS YOU WANNA BE SCAMMED THEY OWE ME £561 told me I have to tell my bank to get the money back

BIG SCAM
I ordered a small double bed since 3 month already it never came. And I asked for a refund since a month, I never get paid. I sent them a mail, (mail doesn't exist anymore) and Went to their website, It's closed, what !!!

Whoever is giving a positive review please check they don’t even exist anymore! There is no website! They just took all the money and disappeared without refunding us. Awful scam!

Requested a refund a month ago ,no response to any email ,stay well clear of this company unless you want to lose you money to a scammer , absolutely disgraceful

This has been most distressing experience!
I purchased a bed 20th January 2025 only to have the delivery date changed 3 times, I had taken the morning off work and was told an hour after delivery time they would not be coming due to problems at the warehouse. I asked for a refund and am still waiting 3rd April - every time I eventually manage to speak with someone after 30 mins on the phone if lucky I am told there is a back log - due to all other refunds.
Who is writing all the rave reviews this is a fraudulent company claiming to deliver on time.
If anyone can help - I paid on my debit card?
I am sorry to hear I am not alone but not surprised, people who take others hard earned cash need to be punished!

They kept delaying the delivery so thne they cancelled it and said they refund me , still no refund and now they reject my email when asking where my refund is, none answers the phone

Sadly I can only echo other reviews. Paid in February and email saying delayed, then with courier. We complained and they said there was problem with order their end (now realise they probably on stop with supplier) it’s a shame. Such a scam. Keep ur money. Gonna try and get mine from credit card company

Ordered a bed beginning of February this year, said 10 days delivery. Had two confirmed delivery dates, no bed came. Emailed several times as they don’t answer phone. No replies. Found out today the company had been dissolved in December 2019 so the old director or scammers are using the name to take peoples money. Website has now been taken down. Can still get the address of the old business on companies house so will be trying to get money back through the bank as there doesn’t seem any other way of doing it.

Sleep Beds took my money, sent me an order confirmation stating the beds would be handfinished and ready for dispatch within a couple of days with delivery within around 7-10 days.
1 day later I received an email from their IN HOUSE delivery team stating my 2 beds were now with them and would soon be dispatched and that I'd receive a proposed delivery date soon.
When no delivery date was forthcoming by 10 days I followed up with Sleep Beds and learned that "due to an undisclosed ongoing issue, they were unable to continue with any manufacturing and therefore unable to deliver any items". Clearly you can't delivery something that you cannot make but I queried why I had received an email confirming the beds as now with the delivery team. I was told that this is an automated process and "customers just get that email". Even when it's complete lies! I asked when the secret issue would be resolved and she didn't know but guessed it would be at least a couple of months or more! I suggested it was fraudulent of them to obtain money from customers by selling items they knew didn't and couldn't exist and asked that my order be cancelled and a refund issued immediately. Imagine my horror to learn that the order was already cancelled but they wouldn't be able to refund my fraudulently taken (stolen) money for at least 30-40 WORKING DAYS!
Today, over 30 days later, I received an email from Sleep Beds stating I should have recently received delivery of the (imaginary) beds and inviting me to leave a review. Here is my review: DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SLEEP BEDS, THE GOODS DON'T EXISTS, NOR DOES ANY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have not received any refund nor any further correspondence from Sleep Beds so I have made a Section 75 claim to my credit card company who have confirmed they have upheld my claim and I will be refunded by them.

Not even worthy of a 1 star.
Took my money knowing they were in trouble and could not deliver and being fobbed off with endless promises that the mattress would be delivered. Then to ring to find out that we would not be getting our delivery as they had gone into administration:
Tried to take my money again …. Fraud!
Still waiting for a refund
Get a email today asking how the delivery was of mh mattress and to rate them.
Is this a joke !!
