Telling everyone to get a refund via bank. Just had a phonecall to say theyre disputing my claim for a refund. JOKE!!

This company is such a joke, I ordered a bed frame in January, didn't get a delivery date for over a month, delivery company is not reachable, neither by phone or email, main company customer service is useless about delivery times and barely answer emails.
Eventually got a delivery date, they never turned up.
3 months later still no bed frame or delivery date, I asked for a refund only to be told they can't do refunds and I have to contact my bank for a charge back which can take over a month to be processed, assuming it'll even go through... I'm glad I ordered my mattress elsewhere but it's now been on the floor for 3 months, what a waste

I have bought a bed from them before xmas, got delivered at the end of January and did not fit. I have contacted them regarding this, reordered the frame in 4 parts and for MONTHS they kept booking rdelivery dates when we could not be at home, as if we don't have jobs. When I realised that I am not getting anywhere with them regarding a sensible delivery date, I booked time off work to be at home only for the delivery date to be cancelled at the last minute - I have chains upon chains of emails with them regarding this. Finally, I decided to cancel it all and requested refund. They OWE me money and after MONTHS of chasing, they have sent me a generic email saying that Worldpay is down and cannot process refunds. Now I have chased them once more only to find out that they blocked my email address. I will take them to the ombudsman!

Please DO NOT buy off sleep beds they are an absolute shambles of a company I bought a bed in December from them they made 2 supposed delivery dates and no bed delivered even though I'd moved all furniture in bedroom and waited in twice all day long.

They made excuses about traffic works near the factory then landed unannounced one day with no email or phone call by this point I'd given up on any delivery and had moved my old bed back in my bedroom. I'm a single mam and it was right on nursery run time the delivery landed the bed looked absolutely shit and I was so annoyed that they hadn't notified me of this new delivery date so I sent the delivery drivers on their way and told them to take the bed back. I've pursued refund through them at no avail and now am trying through my bank and sleep beds have appealed my case! An absolute joke that almost 4 months later I'm still waiting on almost £500 back from them

Sleepbeds conned me out of money for a bed that was never delivered. I was supposed to have been refunded, but by the time the deadline came, the email had blocked me. Should have come to TrustPilot first, evidently.

SCAMMERS. USE BANK TO GET A REFUND ASAP these took your cash and liquidated themselves. They robbed us but luckily bank dealt woth it and issued a refund within 48hoirs and said their investigation shows it to be an illegitimate business.

Absolutely shocking after sales and poor quality bed. Ordered in January based on trust pilot 4 stars. Finally got a delivery in March after many emails and calls and me threatening a chargeback claim through my credit card company. Lots of pathetic excuses. It arrived as a cheap, flimsy and damaged item with fixings and feet missing. We sent photos of the damaged divan drawer etc. no response. Their website has now been taken down. Companies house shows the last company called Sleep Beds was dissolved in 2019. If this was the same directors who started up again after that, they have form. Start a chargeback claim now. Trustpilot is now down to 3 stars. I wonder why?! I have given 1 star as can’t give less.

We ordered a bed around a month ago, just get the usual bullshit emails with excuses, they are real scam artists, i think they have gone under so no money back from that then

Scammers! Told me 20 working days for a refund, did not receive it so raised with my bank and they had the cheek to dispute it!

They messed my order up, so I cancelled.
I was told I would get my refund back after 20 working days.
This was on the 24/02/2025, today is 07/04/2025 - nothing. 30 working days have past...
I send a mail enquiring where is my refund, to the same email I always send to.

I cancelled my order on 2.1.25, I still haven’t received my refund.
I am absolutely disgusted by there poor customer service & don’t believe these positive reviews are genuine.

The sleep bed company disappeared, I bought the bed base didn't delivery and no more refund

I bought a bed mid-Jan and never received it. Company sent an email end of March telling me to claim a refund through my bank. yesterday I have had 2 unrecognised transactions on my bank account. Both from Tesco's around the West Midlands where this company was based. everyone who is in the same situation as me, please keep monitoring your bank accounts.

Disgraceful company. Scam alert ⚠️ I ordered a kingsize divan away back in February. It said on the site 2-3 day delivery. There is no way to contact them. Seems their site is down. So I contacted my bank as its a fraudulent transaction. My bank has given me the money back. But now sleep beds is challenging my request. I would not touch this group even as a look. Stay well clear. 😡😡😡😡

Sleep Beds took my money and Zenith Delivery Network failed to deliver so I cancelled. No money has ever been returned. Sleep Beds have defrauded me of £364.96 paid to Meridian Furnishings Ltd. I should place an advert in the Daily Mail telling everyone not to buy from Sleep Beds.

This is a very terrible bed company I’ve ordered a bed since February 20th and I haven’t received a confirmation email nor a delivery date or time whatsoever I’ve emailed them about trying to get a refund and I haven’t received a respond at all and it’s been quite some time I’ve explained why I needed a new bed and no one seems to reply to my emails please save your money I’ve spent £384.99 on a bed that still hasn’t come I forked out all the money I worked for that month to buy this bed.. what makes it even worse is my mother was the one that recommended this bed company.. please save your money because I still hasn’t received a refund nor has anyone even tried to contact what a pathetic company

Ordered 2 single beds from this company. Received email the next day from delivery company to say they couldn't deliver to my address and I could cancel the order. I did this immediately and received an email to say my money would be refunded in 10 - 20 days! I still hadn't received a refund after 20 days and emailed them to be told that they were having an issue with Worldpay and could not issue a refund.
I have raised a complaint with my bank and hopefully they will be able to get this sorted out.

SleepBeds Review – Avoid at All Costs

I ordered a bed from SleepBeds on the 20th of February with the promise of delivery within 3–10 working days. Nothing arrived. After weeks of silence and no update, I cancelled the order and was assured I would receive a full refund.

Weeks later, I received an email claiming the bed had been delivered — which is completely false. As of now, I still haven’t received a refund or any resolution. The level of service is appalling, and the company’s communication is virtually non-existent.

SleepBeds is either completely incompetent or deliberately misleading its customers. Based on my experience, this company is a scam and should be shut down. Do not buy from them — you’ll regret it.

I’m really happy with my item was delivered and, that it came practically fully built! All that needed was the legs putting on! Really good quality bed, beautiful design! Really happy 😊
