Sleep Beds 

DO NOT USE.
Taken my money and sent out a broken bed. Been trying for over 3 months to get money back. Communication has either been rude, misleading or non existent. I've been intouch with my bank, citizens advice and trading standards. I worked hard to be able to pay for that bed and now I'm in this mess with this awful company out of pocket and my son sleeping on a matress on the floor. Managed to find their address after help from trading standards. I'm praying I get my money back so my son can have a new bed. I'm seeing comments that they have now started trading under a new name

The company have removed their website and all emails are being returned, they have taken payment but it doesn't look like there is any chance of getting my purchase, they must of known they were in liquidation when taking the order and payment

Ordered a bed, never arrived, asked for a refund no reply. Tried to speak to citizens advice, bank & small claims. Can’t do anything without an address.

Does anyone have an address for the company?

Terrible, not reassuring at all, bogus, no customer service.
Ordered a new bed (don't know what it was, but something told me to not pay via debit card and put it on credit card instead) which was supposed to be getting delivered in a 10 period. 10 days came and went. Rang customer services multiple times and it just rang and rang with no answer. Also tried emailing and again - no response. Had to go through credit card company for refund. Should have read the reviews before purchasing.

What a dodgy shower!! Placed my order for 2 beds, and paid in advance against a quoted delivery of 10 days. After 3 months, no delivery and no answer from their phone.
Beware of this scam company, they are not listed at Companies House. I have reported to Trading Standards, and hopefully they will cease their little game!

Terrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Cancelled my order and refused to refund. With a long rambling email about administration errors that you could not rectify, Therefore, no bed and no refund. Why are you doing this to people?

Had a bed and mattress last year.everything fine.ordered this Feb for spare room .been fobbed off there saying there having problems with deliveries then it’s new world bank.kept saying 5 weeks to deliver.obviously gone bust.but same beds and set out online in different name .so trading under a new name .im waiting for bank to sort my money out.

Shocking experience with sleep beds! Bed should have been delivered within 10 days, had a variety of excuses as to why it wasn’t arriving! I cancelled my order and was told I’d get a refund in 30 days!!! Then on Sunday was told I wouldn’t be getting a refund and to take it up with my bank!! Do not use this company

Their website has gone, so definitely a scam. I'm just going to buy from a bed shop in future. My bank is investigating. Another bed company come on the market selling the same named products, so I'm dubious.

Be very wary of this company. I had to ask for a refund from a bed I never received and never received the refund so went through my bank. My bank got my money back and it’s been 4 weeks since and
My bank have contacted me saying that sleep beds have tried to take the money again. My bank rejected it and are keeping an eye on it for me.
Please think very carefully about ordering from this company

Had to cancel bed as it didn’t arrive on given date in January. Was told I would get refund in 3 to 15 working days but still haven’t received refund. Think this Company ought to be investigated for fraud. Beware.

payment was made three months ago but the mattress has not been received, no refund at all

I've added five stars for the scam of the year. Do not buy from this company. I have waited since 8th February for the bed or a refund. They have no money to refund you and ask that you approach your bank for the refund. DO NOT BUY A BED FROM HERE IT IS A SCAM.

Ordered bed 2 feb,emailed few times eventualy got reply with usual sorry for delay Blah Blah Blah,asked for refund and told will take 20 to 30 days,contacted my bank for help with refund and now Sleepbeds has challenged my claim,they just dont care, take your money leave you with the stress of trying to get it back,How they can still do this i just dont no.

Ordered a base for my elderly parents, was told delivery would be 7-10 working days. Delivery book over a month later and paid extra for the removal of the old base. My parents were left with no new base or the old removed due to this not being "dismantled". No updates on when delivery would be and when finally booked in, cancelled less than 24 hours before it was due. Old base still not taken away even though it had been brought downstairs for ease as the "van was full". My parents were told they would send another vehicle to remove this for them, but over a month later they still have it. I cannot get hold of customer services to get my money back for this removal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Their customer service does not exist.

This is a scam company. They take your money and do not deliver have reported to trading standards and also my Bank who is looking into the company as well.

I have been trying to contact you for the last week.It seems no one picks up the phone!!.I have emailed several times as well!!.I had my divan beds delivered last Monday. However there was not an orthopaedic mattress.Which I ordered to go with my bed. Also the guys who delivered my order. Just continually talk inn their own languag.I find this extremely rude!!@

I had an awful delivery experience which I described in a review about 6 months ago. After writing in trustpilot, the customer services was fast in responding, they seemed to have solved the problem with the condition that I delete the review. Then after 4 months of receiving the bedframe, we noticed that it had a big crack. I send a message to the customer services, but apparently, as there was no new review, they didn't bother to answer...
After 6 months of using the bed frame, it is likely that we will soon have to buy a new one. I will obviously not do so from this company. I hope this review helps people choose a better company to buy their bedframe and not waste their money.
