Good communication, but didn't have the product in stock, even though it was listed as stock available.

Ordered a bunch of drum sticks (loads on sale), they were very quick to advise some were not in stock and shipped them separately from distributer which turned up before the main package. Cannot fault their proactive customer service and resolution team. Will shop with Sky Music again for sure.

Straight forward online shopping experience. Great range, competitive price, prompt order confirmation, and fast shipping, A faultless interaction that I look forward to having again.

I could not get my order as they had run out of stock so a refund was sent back without delay

Ordered a drum 12 in Yamaha Stage Tom that they were widely advertising and paid $161 to find it wasn't in stock and 4-6 months wait for another. I had contacted them in chat about this order several times and they had plenty of time to verify it before the sale. BTW the refund came back promptly.

They did refund though, which is why they got 2 stars, not one.
I won’t buy from them again. I’ll go retail instead.

My thoughts on purchasing from Sky Music… This without animosity.
There seemed to be a lack of interest in a simple transaction.
I ordered a Guitar Amplifier and confirmed the purchase and colour on the same day. No emails, text or phone call to let me know how the order was progressing. So I sent an email two days later, and a confirming phone call, thinking something was wrong.
Turns out they looked two days in their store for them to know they didn’t have one in stock. They said they had ordered me another one. Delivery in 3-5 days.
They Would not accept my credit card over the phone. This upset me as I usually deal with P-----L

I was sent a credit form to fill out with a company similar to P-----L, that I did not know, to place credit through for the product. So I filled in my particulars and they took my payment, it appeared, but no written acceptance from any one at all.

A short while later I get a call from Sky Music, that they found the missing Guitar Amplifier in their store, and did I want to pick it up… I went straight away and picked it up and paid with my credit card on the spot.
Then I made sure my payment with the other company was stopped, so I didn’t pay for the product twice.
Sad to say I have now had quite enough of Sky music over a seven-hundred-dollar purchase.

We purchased these products about a year ago and still very happy with the quality - can safely say they withstood the test of time! Delivery time was remarkable, it arrived within a few days and came very nicely packed.

I didnt have a great experience with these guys TBH. I realise it was during the silly season but even so. I was discussing shipping by text with a staff member who asked what I wanted to purchase and my address so he could give me a quote. I answered and then waited for the quote....... nothing happened. Hours went by and still no quote. Finally many hours later I sent a message pointing out their rudeness and they finally sent a quote and reply. Granted the reply was polite but by then they had lost me. It's not just rude but it devalues someone to leave them hanging like that after requesting specific information. They said they had to run off and do a delivery and they're short-staffed. So what would you do if someone is standing in front of you in the store and you ask them what they want to buy and where to deliver it so you can give them a delivery quote. They tell you and you disappear out the back and dont return because you're doing a local delivery. Meanwhile your customer is standing at the counter for hours waiting. You wouldnt do that I hope....... It's the same thing. Please don't treat customers like that.
