A bit disappointed this time

A bit disappointed this time.

Apparently there was a stock discrepancy and one of the items I purchased was not there despite showing on-line as being available.

I haven't received anything as yet so I'm disappointed with the this purchase.

I don't know if I'll place any further orders.

These guys are my favourite guitar…

These guys are my favourite guitar shop! I’ve got 3 or 4 from them now and always a pleasure to deal with! Fast shipping and free shipping on most guitars (you’d have to check their website for exclusions) , great communication and they’re really well priced too!! Absolutely love this store! Couldn’t recommend higher!!

Sky Music needs to rectify issues with…

Sky Music needs to rectify issues with their supplier/s order processing, if I didn't follow up on my order it wouldn't have been processed. One positive is Sky Music did respond to my follow up and advised the issue has been corrected for this order. Unfortunately the birthday gift will now arrive late.

Exceptional service and pricing

Exceptional service and pricing. I had been looking for a Fender custom shop Jazzmaster, but could not find the exact preferences. Austin contacted me and asked what specs I was looking for. As he happened to be at the Fender factory in the USA, he was able to place a special order and negotiated a great price. I appreciate Austin's commitment to service, and highly recommend you contact Sky Music.
