Sky musics team are super fantastic and very helpful and I have never had a problem with any of them. In saying that there is some serious disconnect between there amazing staff and some of there gear, I ordered and esp guitar that arrived and unfortunately I didnt notice some things until later including frets that have a gap between the fret and the wood, or maybe idk a damaged knob that needs to be fixed or the horrible check that whilst signed were clearly never done by ESP or sky music, I made a stupid mistake and was leaving for a mini Holiday so had to get a friend to take it to a music shop to get setup and I’d chuck strap locks on it before it left, was not my brightest idea trusting the guitar would be fine and how am I supposed to return something that has had new strap locks chucked on along with 100$ wasted on a professional setup.

That was only the guitar, next I ordered a 9V power supply (this story is so frustrating I’m just gonna skip the boring stuff)
1st didn’t work and I had to send video proof which I did
2nd one also did not work, not only was this not tested after the first one but neither was the second how awesome
Then they sent another one out and I wanted a refund instead thankfully I asked for a refund because this one did not work, I tried all 3 in 2 different homes multiple different outlets and the 3rd one was the only one that worked before crapping out forever

The drumsticks were a present and seem fine and so was the cymbal cleaner and beanie which again all seem fine, but jeez the issues some of their stuff can be is just bizarre . As a musician I’m destined to waste more money on music but I’m definitely going to do my best to not spend it at sky music unless it’s picks as I don’t think it could be f*cked up. Really sorry sky music but this was just horrible service and I will try stick to buying small stuff.

Got what I wanted

This is my first time to Sky Music shop, I looking for a Digital Piano. In the shop, I had very nice and patient service, the salesclerk introduced to me the commodity information, so I chose Digital Piano P-145BT. I was so happy to have got it.
The driver was nice to me as well as, he carried me home and install the Digital Piano prudentially.
The Sky Music is lucky to has so good salesclerk. I applaud them.

Took 2 weeks to process my order and when they are were processing it they told me they had no stock of some items i ordered (which said available on website) so caused even more delay And when the product came i received the incorrect size than ordered.
