Good if you want to overpay
Skullcandy was a good headphones brand maybe 5-10 years ago. Now it is a disaster.
Very bad customer service with an awful warranty policy where you have to pay the return fees in case of a faulty equipment (which is against EU consumer laws).
If you want to overpay mediocre headphones that will broke down in less than 6 months, then go ahead. If not, avoid this brand at all costs.

Mala comunicación lenta y nada resolutiva
Tras esperar un mes y reclamar que no me llega el paquete, me indican que tenía un problema con la dirección( sin informarme antes) le repito la dirección incluso en 4 ocasiones diferentes, por fin un mes después recibo un mail que me envían el paquete de manera NO urgente total si habiendo esperado 1 mes que mas da una semana más o 2… para ninguno de mis viajes he podido utilizarlo, quién sabe quizás para alguno en navidad tenga más suerte. Gracias

Today, I contacted them about a coupon that seemed to be expired but was still valid. After reaching out, they kindly issued a new coupon for me. I've been a loyal user of Skullcandy headphones since 2018 and I have no intention of switching to another brand. Their support team consistently addresses my inquiries, and the remarkable quality you receive for such a reasonable price is truly impressive. (Proud fan of the Crusher series)

Skullcandy are breaking the law!
My ink'd earbuds broke within a year. At my own expensive I returned them to Skullcandy as requested. Skullcandy accepted they were faulty and offered me a £15 voucher code for their website (which is less than I paid for the earbuds but, m'eh) HOWEVER they no longer sell earbuds in the UK so a voucher code is useless. I asked them for £15 as a cash refund instead (which, remember, is less than what I paid + return postage!) but they refused by stating "we cannot move any further forward with this" and stopped communicating. UK law states if a product is faulty within a year it must be replaced or refunded so Skullcandy are literally breaching UK trading laws but even when I told them this they still ignored me.
UPDATE 25/07/2023: in response to Skullcandy UK'S reply, how do you suggest I get in contact with your customer service if THEY REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME?! Seriously, if you're going to reply to Trustpilot reviews how about you first read and understand the review? Stock answers like this which are totally unhelpful just make your company look even more inept to everyone that sees it 🤦 A more productive solution would be for you to internally contact customer services and instruct them to resume communication but I guess that would mean Skullcandy actually took responsibility for once, and that doesn't look likely...

I had great support because it was me, who made a mistake
I had great support because of a misunderstanding I myself created. Thought my Grindfuel would have no more support, but I didn't understand, that new software was introduced, a new App was launched. And it is great. Support took it very cool. I'm very grateful for their patience with me!

Great customer service
After a small issue with the address. The customer service was really nice and fast to help change the mistake. Also provided the new tracking link for my delivery. I'm more than happy about the support service and will recommend skullcandy.

Depending on your issue, this can be greatly heplful.
Great service, even if not a hundred percent accurate. Giving out tips on how to fix issue (headphones I bought from them had error receiving the right frequency music) fairly quickly. Problem solved within a day. Figured it out on my own but customer service definitely helped finding a probable cause.

Wrote bad review and they want me to visit their return policy where they charge you! I will go to every social media platform I can to discourage people from this product! They do not stand behind their product and do not buy from them! 2 pairs of earbuds over $100 In 3 months that were faulty!!
Could not give zero stars
Could not give zero stars, so useless and bad customer service, you have to pay yourself for the shipment back to return a broken product, avoid avoid avoid

THEY DONT WORK
THEY DONT WORK - I spent £55 on headphone via Vodafone and between 3 of us spending hours trying to get them working and a lot of research we still had no luck.
One headphone worked but wouldn't pair with the other one - then about 5 minutes later neither of them worked.
I can’t find them on Bluetooth now and the lights don’t work.
An absolutely terrible product that is not fit for purpose and the worst thing is I am unable to contact them as their website keeps timing out so I am going have to keep complaining to Vodafone until they sort it out.
The delivery was also a week late!!

Broken product is at the cost of the costumer
I have bought multiple headphones from Skullcandy. Recently I got the Evo Inequality Crusher. After 2 months one side started creaking/making hurtful noise, so much that I couldnt use them anymore. So I sent them back.
My rights as a EU citizen state that when a product is faulty, I have the right to a replacement, repair or full refund (not a coupon). The headphones were sold old, so no replacement. Even after inquiry I didn't hear about a possible repair. They gave me a coupon.
When talking to customer service and stating my rights as a EU citizen and that I want a refund, they just sent me their unrelated warranty policy that doesn't apply to my case. And EU rights are above their warranty policy.
All the headphones I've bought from skull candy broke in some way, and now I've also learned they're a unhelpful and capitalistic (in the wrong way) company. Never again.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Garbage quality and slow, frustrating customer service. It's like you're writing with a robot, and they don't help.
Bought indy Evo a few months ago and they're constantly having pairing issues and already not charging.
Bought dime pit viper edition shortly after and they paired great, but now they're not charging either. Skullcandy wants me to pay for return and new shipping which will cost as much as the headphones.

I am honestly shocked that my favorite brand is going to dogs these days in terms of quality control. I have been sincerely giving Skullcandy chance after chance starting with Skullcandy Riff wireless, which broke in less than 6 months because of the poor build quality. Then I got a warranty claim for it and used the voucher to buy Sesh Evo. I was very happy with it for 5 months after which one of the two buds started malfunctioning and started losing charge within 15 minutes. I once again tried to claim warranty and got the replacement. To my shock and dismay even the replacement has the exact same issue, in fact the left bud does not even charge when placed in the case! How can Skullcandy blatantly do this?? I absolutely love the bassy sound quality but I am now forced to look for an alternative.
Havent got my product even after a month
Skull candy executive arranged a pickup for faulty wireless earphones( they arranged the pick-up because within a week of replacement of the wireless earphones the new earphones stopped working) but even after a month and a half I havent received any update on the same when I checked with them they are saying that we will update you by 24 hours and it's been over a month after that mail and still haven't got their reply.
Lost earphone.
Its been a year since i bought skullcandy indy earphones, and it has been so nice since i had them,I loved my earphones..one day i lost one of the 2..was so disappointed and sad for lots of days as they are expensive.. I thought of sending skullcandy an email to explain them and perhaps buy one of 2 earphones so my set could be whole again... Instead of that skullcandy sent me a new set of earphones!!!! I still cant believe it.. I think they deserve a big thank you and even if i comment here for me its not enough... Skullcandy always think what they can do best for you to stay satisfied. Skullcandy forever!!!
Worst Company on earth
Ich hab mir die Crusher Wireless 360 Kopfhörer in Frankreich zugelegt. In Deutschland angekommen hat der integriert Akku nach dem ersten Aufladen seinen Geist aufgegeben. Dadurch dass es nicht einfach in den Laden (FNAC, in Frankreich) zurückbringen konnte, habe ich die Garantie direkt über Skullcandy laufen lassen: Köpfhörer eingesendet! 4 Wochen keine Reaktion, dann aber dass unfassbare: Leider sei der 360 nicht mehr im Bestand, dass heißt er könne nicht umgetauscht werden. Reparatur sei auch nicht möglich. Ich solle mich doch mit einem 150€ Gutschein für den Online Shop abfinden, der entspräche dem Wert des Produkts!!!!!! (Das Produkt wird zur selben Zeit für 299$ auf der Webseite aufgeführt!) einfach unfassbar. Ich habe ihnen geschrieben, dass Sie mir die Kopfhörer sofort zurücksenden sollen, damit ich Sie beim Verkäufer zurückgeben kann, daraufhin hat man mir bis heute nie wieder geantwortet! Auf der nächsten IFA mach ich die Platt, da nehme ich die Email und das Schreiben mit, um die Kunden von der Realität dieses Herstellers zu berichten! Email liegt vor und kann jedem auf Wunsch veräußerlicht werden. Ja richtig gelesen, meine Crusher 360 im Wert von 299$ haben die einfach unterschlagen und mir dreist einen "Gutschein" über 150$ zugesendet! Wenn ich also die Crusher ANC für 299$ aus dem Online Shop kaufe habe ich somit insgesamt 450$ ausgegeben?? Asozialstes Unternemen...
