The best consumer-grade headphones
The products have been a mainstay in my daily audio life. I had a simple question regarding the compatability of cables for their headphones and the customer support agent was greatly courteous.

It’s simply the best customer service…
It’s simply the best customer service experience so far. I bought a product, was using it for a couple of months and something went wrong. That was the reason for contacting the customer service, and they were immediately ready to help. In the meantime, we solved the problem, and I’m very satisfied with the product. I would recommend Skullcandy anytime.

Headset didn't function/difficult return proces
Update on the review below. In the meantime I have received a refund which is good. Thank you for that Skullcandy. Increased the rating. Still can't give more than two stars though because the headset didn't work. Am hesitant about ordering another headset because the returnproces isn't very transparant. Besides that I had to pay for the return costs because the warranty proces is equally not user friendly.
The headset ordered didn't function - wouldn't switch and/or wouldn't connect to my daughter's phone. Because I can't judge the quality of the headset for now the one star is for the return proces. Finding out how to return the headset wasn't easy. Returned the headset on the 21st of August. So far no news about a replacement or refund. Want to contact Skullcandy through email for an update. Have to go through some steps but get caught in a loop so can't actually send a message. Please make it simple to contact your company, preferably by phone. It seems as if you and other companies purposefully make it hard for costumers to return things by making the proces difficult.

Delivery times are worse than WW1
Don’t get me wrong there’s nothing wrong with the products. In fact they’re the best in my opinion in terms of sound. But cmon delivery times are the main thing for me. Why choose UPS as your delivery company when they take weeks upon months to deliver a god damn package. Especially Finland. Choose a better delivery company to work with ASAP. Not once have I seen a good rating on Reddit. Simply because of the delivery times. On trust pilot I’d assume it’s bots that’s put 5 stars and not mention delivery times.

The headphones were delivered pretty fast, their sound quality is very good.
For 130€ these headphones are absolutely worth it.

Overall fantastic company
I've been using there company for years. Ever since I bought my first pair of wired eaarbuds, I've never turned back. The quality they have in there products is absolutely amazing. I've recently bought the Rail ANC. They are one of the best wireless earbuds I've ever worn. The comfort, the size, sound quality and even the active noise canceling. Flying on planes is so much easier as it shuts out all the low end heavy noise from the engines to baby's crying and yet you can still hear a small bit ( little to nothing) it also has a feature to hear the outside world while still listening to your favourite tunes. It's not the products it's the customer services too. They are amazing and will sort you out very quickly. They have sorted me out in the best ways when I did have problems (which were very uncommon). Overall the company is fantastic, the products and customer service.

Amazing customer support, had enquired about replacement pads on a much loved and much used Crusher wireless. Unfortunately, there’s no separated but customer support offered me a generous reduction on my next store purchase.

for years I am a long time fanboy, but I havent won't an newer models for at least 7y or so..
Got th new Xbox (Finally) and to make sure I wasn't a lain in the ass with my sound for my wife and kids, I bought the new SLYR PRO
I couldn't wait but there it was! I happily spend the box and found out there was a wrong product inside the correct box..

it took a wile to get it true the service desk and got the help I needed. I wish this could have been a quicker responds. I had to send pictures 3times.
but, at the end it all went ok,
after verifying the problem, it was solved within a day.
I got a product recall and it was picked up for delivery, paid and all.
(with some you need to send it on your own cost and try to get a refund, so that made the "refund-progress" better, thnx)
they received notice of my shipment, they shipped the correct order immediately.
Finally I had my PRO, whoop-whoop
the sound is amazing, I hear stuff in games I dint really notice before.
love it!!

1 Monat nach Rücksendung der Kopfhörer eine Empfangsbestätigung des Unternehmens bekommen. Nach 1 weiteren Monat und mehreren Anfragen per Mail, wann ich mein Geld zurück bekäme, keine Reaktion. Nach Einschalten von PayPal keine Reaktion von Scullcandy auf deren Anfrage. Dank Käuferschutz mein Geld zurück bekommen! Erstaunlich unseriöses Verhalten für eine eigentlich bekannte Marke!

Great Customer Service - Questionable Quality of Goods
I’ve had my skullcandy crusher evos for just under a year and have loved them, up until they stopped working. I spoke with some team members and currently have a replacement pair being sent to me. I really appreciated the care that the people who were talking to me and sorting this out, but wonder what may have caused my headphones of less than a year to suddenly stop working. Nonetheless I’ve been compensated for the fault and am very grateful overall, docked a star for the lifespan of the headphones
