Scam ingen menneske support

Ingen hjælp. har købt nogle høretelefoner og har ikke modtaget nogle e-mail om ordren derefter prøver jeg kontakt skullcandy og finder ud af de KUN har en robot man skriver med på deres hjemme side som betyder der ingen måde på snak eller skrive med er menneske så jeg kan ikke få noget hjælp. Den robot på deres hjemme side siger at jeg skal prøve og kontakt skullcandy på deres sociale medier som Twitter Instagram, altså hvad i al verden tror de, og forventer jeg skal kontakt dem på sociale medier

Encomenda não entregue e dinheiro não devolvido

Encomendei uns headphones do site no dia 28/11/2025 em altura de Black Friday. Deixei passar uma semana visto ser a black friday e pensei que as entregas estivessem demoradas. Entrei em contacto com a skullcandy na semana passada e só me responderam hoje dia 14/12 a dizer que não seria possível entregar a encomenda e que ia ser devolvido o dinheiro e para fazer outra encomenda. Um bocado contraditório tendo em conta que recebi um email a dizer que a minha encomenda ia chegar antes do Natal. Mas também me pergunto qual é a lógica de me dizerem para fazer outra encomenda se nem o dinheiro da anterior me tinham devolvido. É para quê? Levar o golpe uma segunda vez? Demoram imenso a responder aos emails e agora estou aqui sem prenda para oferecer e sem dinheiro.

Schlechter / Kein Kundenservice. Geld überwiesen, Ware wird nicht losgeschickt.

Schlechter / Kein Kundenservice. Ich habe vor 2 Wochen Kopfhörer bestellt beim black friday. Die Kopfhörer sind laut Webseite auf Lager gewesen. Die Website gibt außerdem 3-5 Werktage an, die das los schicken benötigen kann und 7 Tage Postweg. ALLERDINGS WIRD ES NICHT VERSCHICKT! Im Kundenportal steht es seit 14 Tagen als bezahlt (per Sofortüberweisung), aber Skullcandy schickt die Ware einfach nicht los. Der Chat-Bot ist keine Hilfe, also habe ich eine Supportanfrage geschickt, mit der Information, dass ich die Kopfhörer bis zum 17.12.2025 benötige und wissen möchte, warum sie nicht verschickt wurden. Die Antwort war ein Witz, nur ein allgemeiner Text, dass die Pakete schon vor Weihnachten ankommen und ich sie sonst ja stornieren könne. Die Kopfhörer sind für mich und kein Weihnachtsgeschenk, aber entweder werden die Support Anfragen nicht einmal gelesen oder Skullcandy ist seine Reputation egal.

Es ist das erste Mal seit Jahren, dass ich mich für Skullcandy entschieden habe und ich bin enttäuscht. Mein Geld zu behalten, die Ware nicht raus zu schicken und dann auch noch so dreist zu reagieren ist peinlich für so eine große Marke.

no updates and no support

haven’t got a single update on my order i made on 27 november, I tried contacting 4 times and got nothing but automated responses.

I ordered limited edition EVO’s and was told the shipping would be 5-10 days, fine i can wait but its now been 12 days with no update.

Incompetent and should not be allowed to run their own storefront

I bought some headphones, they arrived broken. I googled it. Seems to be a common issue. No biggie, I'll return them. They're not refunding my delivery AND making me pay to deliver it to them. They refuse to accept it in person too even though I'm right next to the centre. Their customer service bot just doesn't work.
I'M out of at least £15 because of a mistake THEY made and REFUSE to fix

They dont even ship your order

Ordered a headset from Skullcandy EU seven business days ago, and absolutely nothing has happened with my order since. No shipping updates, no progress—just complete silence.

I contacted their online chat three different times, and the only answer I got was that my order might ship next Monday. To make things even more unbelievable, they told me that if it still hasn’t shipped, I should contact my own bank to see if they can issue a refund. That’s honestly absurd. A company should handle its own refunds, not push customers toward their banks.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I expected much better from a brand like Skullcandy. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from their EU store unless you’re prepared to chase down your own order and possibly your own refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE

Its been a week since I purchased Crusher Evos and they havent even proccessed my order, its still in their warehouse. No emails, no updates, NOTHING. Their customer support is also quite useless. So if you decide to buy anything from Skullcandy just order through Amazon because they have figured out their deliveries.. No idea how such big company have so many problems with one of the easier tasks...

Edit: So delivery took 2.5 weeks, unacceptable.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered over a month ago and still yet to receive my package. Worse is that I haven’t gotten any updates on the status of my order for weeks. And the cherry on top is the horrible costumer service. The chat box is utterly useless and there is no way to get a hold of anyone that can help. I am extremely frustrated and demand a complete refund.

Pricing

I started to be intereste because they had ads everywhere and the style seems nice. I found a bundle recently for workout which was the crusher active 540 with push anc active earphones for 203 euros which quite decent for what they offer.

They now have 'black friday' deals and this bundle is not any more live. These two products are now more expensive with discount as it was before.

2ns review: after discussing with them they decided to give me a coupon for them to proceed. Very profesional and good customer service.

SAV aux abonnés absents après erreur d'envoi de commande

Impossible de joindre le service client suite à la réception d'un mauvais article.

Dans une même commande, j'ai commandé un set d'écouteurs Method ANC que j'ai bien reçu et le Crusher ANC 2 que je n'ai pas reçu - à la place j'ai reçu une paire d'écouteurs Rail ANC qui ne m'intéressent pas. Par ailleurs, le crusher est beaucoup plus cher que les rails...

Depuis dimanche (on est mardi), j'essaye d'avoir un contact avec le service client. Le chatbox (très limité) est censé m'avoir ouvert deux tickets à ce stade (un dimanche 16/11/25 et un aujourd'hui). Contrairement à ce que m'indique le chatbox, je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation de l'ouverture de ces tickets par mail et aucune réponse à ce stade. Il n'y a aucune adresse mail fonctionnelle accessible sur le site et j'ai dû fouiller sur internet pour en trouver deux (contact [at]skullcandy et security.issues) les deux m'ont renvoyé un avis de non-délivrance de mes messages.

Quand on fait de la vente en ligne, il est indispensable d'être joignable sans que vos usagers aient l'impression d'être les indiana jones du SAV perdu et doivent passer des heures à chercher une adresse qui ne fonctionne pas pour se retrouver contraints de laisser un avis sur trustpilot dans l'espoir d'être lu et entendu par vos équipes... Au cas cette bouteille à la mer fonctionnerait, voici mon numéro de commande 502347923

Les erreurs arrivent, recevoir le mauvais article n'est pas la fin du monde mais que vous soyez injoignables pour réparer vos erreurs ou juste rassurer vos clients donne l'impression d'une entreprise malhonnête. Je n'ose pas faire une demande de retour pour les Crusher que je n'ai pas reçu et vous renvoyer les Rails reçus par erreur parce qu'à ce stade, j'ai peur que vous m'accusiez de vol alors que c'est vous qui m'avez livré un article dont je ne veux pas et bien moins cher que celui que j'ai commandé ET payé. Si je n'ai pas de retour rapidement (aujourd'hui ou demain), je vais contester l'achat auprès de ma banque et ouvrir un litige officiel car ce genre de pratiques se fait au détriment des consommateurs qui ne savent pas se protéger.

MAJ 24h plus tard: en dépit de la réponse très aimable de Skullcandy qui indiquait m'avoir contactée suite à mon avis (au passé) et bien que j'ai immédiatement rempli le formulaire qu'ils m'ont adressé via trustpilot, ne n'ai toujours reçu aucun mail ni aucune indication effective de la marche à suivre pour faire soit l'échange, soit le remboursement que la réponse à mon avis me propose. (Oui, bien sûr, j'ai vérifié mes spams...). Donc, non, pour l'instant ma confiance n'est pas restaurée. Je mets à jour cet avis pour être utile aux autres consommateurs. Si Skullcandy tient effectivement parole. J'updaterai ici.
