Method anc

I have Method anc 360 and they are awesome. I use them almost everyday and they have so long battery and the anc works perfectly. Also bass boost on them is pretty nice. Had some Trouble with delivery to Croatia but customer support is so helpful and really nice. Helped a lot.

be careful with this company

I ordered two pairs of headphones on November 27th. After about a week, the shipment status changed to "delivered" and the money I paid was returned to my account. I assumed they had canceled my order, so I ordered two more pairs of the same headphones. The same thing happened again, only this time, the money was returned to my account for one pair. I ordered another pair because it looked like they had canceled one pair of headphones. After a few days, the first order was delivered—the one for which they refunded me. At first, I thought it was some kind of error on their part and they would automatically cancel my other orders. Unfortunately, after a few days, they debited my account for the second order and the third order. I placed these orders as I had previously mentioned because my money was being sent back to my bank account. I immediately canceled these orders before they even shipped them, but of course, their customer service is nonexistent, so they didn't even respond to my order cancellations and sent me these headphones. I couldn't do anything else.I couldn't do anything with them, so I told the courier to return the parcels to the sender. The parcels were returned over a week ago. I have -400 euros in my bank account, no response, no money, no contact. I believe this is deliberately misleading the consumer because why would they refund my money to my account almost every time I ordered?
I do not even know what to do now.

Auf bestellung seit einem Monat am warten

Am 3.12 etwas bestellt - Heute ist der 31.12 es ist nichts angekommen. Mir wurde mehrfach gesagt es kommt bis weinachten an aber nichts. Jetzt sitz ich hier seit fast einer woche ohne weinachtsgeschenk. Hatte gute erwartungen von vorherigen erfahrungen aber jetzt erhalte ich hier eher einen schlechten eindruck und werde in zukunft nicht mehr hier bestellen.

I purchased Crusher ANC 2 on November…

I purchased Crusher ANC 2 on November 21, 2025. Since then, my package has been delayed.
Skullcandy handed the package over to UPS, and according to the tracking information, it arrived in my country on the 28th. I contacted UPS, but they have no record of the package at the local UPS facility. They told me to contact Skullcandy for further assistance.
When I contacted Skullcandy support, they told me to contact UPS.
Now I’m left with no headphones, no support, and no hope.

J’ai commandé un casque vers la fin d’octobre, je n’ai jamais reçu mon casque et il a été renvoyé à l’expéditeur alors qu’il ne m’a jamais été remis.

Depuis le 10 novembre je demande des explications et un remboursement mais impossible de joindre un seul humain, seulement des bots incapable de comprendre la situation.

J’ai eu un contact par mail qui a osé me dire qu’il ne réponde pas par mail de base, elle a dit qu’elle allais s’en occuper mais depuis elle a disparu !!

Clairement de l’arnaque et j’ai perdu 120 euros, je ne vais pas en restez là avec vous

They lie about delivery times and don't respond to customer support.

I ordered headphones on December 7th (502358844), they still haven't shipped, and they haven't contacted me or offered any compensation, even though they promised delivery before Christmas. Terrible service.
Upd:They sent it 15 days after ordering, but still didn't provide any compensation for the missed deadlines. They still haven't arrived. I'll update this review after receiving the item or receiving feedback from the store.
Upd 2:They responded to the review using AI, well done, what can I say?

No Delivery - No accountability - Disaster !

Purchased from skullcandy.eu and unless it arrives as per quoted at time of purchase .. I NEVER WILL AGAIN ..! Paid on 12th dec for a 5 /7 day delivery which is now quoting delivery 29th December (possibly) which Skullcandy have rinsed their hands off now saying its nothing to do with them once it leaves their door now saying they only guarantee it leaves them within 5 to 7 days. So after many online chats they have resorted to blaming their chosen carrier UPS. Skullcandy customer service is online chat and offers little or no confidence they know whats happening.Now it seems if I want a refund I have to allow it play out and then I have to refuse to accept delivery from THEIR carrier UPS and only then can I apply for a refund rather than them just refunding me and stopping delivery themselves - totally arse above face !The carrier tracking shows no movement from Eindhoven but yet quoted delivery way beyond the expected or agreed date at time of checkout - Based on this I wouldn't recommend dealing with them directly as they seem unable to resolve an enquiry. If you really want their items buy them from Amazon or find a local retailer or perhaps just choose another brand as they dont seem very willing to resolve it. All very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience with them.
Having spoken directly to their carrier UPS this morning 22nd they have confirmed the item is sitting somewhere in their depot to be moved in the next few days and not before possibly the 24th to be received a further 5 to 7 days after subject to volume of items.
What a bunch of absolute cowboys !

Ordered 1 dec -19 dec they Finally in 14 business days ,warehouse got the item to UPS courier ,i was mad but now i know its on the way , thanks for sorting it out. Overall ok but many delays and they should not show when u order 4-6 days delivery ,if they first told me its 2-3 weeks delivery i may been not mad at all but i was, because support told me in first 7 days its ready in warehouse but real they waited stock... hope to get them soon and try out new headphones.

Bestelling geannuleerd

Wat een naar bedrijf bestel je skullcandy koptelefoon gewoon bij een Nederlands bedrijf aub.
29 november bestelling geplaatst je kan betalen met klarna dus dat gedaan. Na 7 werkdagen nog niets vernomen en er is ook alleen met een bot te communiceren. Gisteren weer contact met de bot en die zegt bestelling ontvangen maar ik heb niets ontvangen. Vandaag na de tijd naar Amerikaans omgezet te hebben eindelijk iemand echt in de chat en die zei omdat ik met klarna betaal leveren ze niet, huh!
Ik vraag of jullie dit dan wel bij klarna willen melden omdat er een betaling openstaat, antwoord nee wij hebben geen contact met klarna.
Mailen naar skullcandy kan niet want de mailbox zit vol. Dus mensen wees gewaarschuwd hier niet bestellen.

Service commande et client nul

Décevant, j'ai passé une commande le 1er décembre en pensant avoir largement le temps de réceptionner mon article comme ils indiquait un délai de livraison d'environ 8 jours en standard. 3 semaines plus tard l'article n'est même pas en statut de prêt pour l'expédition. Le seul message qu'ils trouvent à répondre c'est qu'ils ont beaucoup de colis. Dans ce cas là, il fallait aviser les clients sur un délai plus long de temps de livraison afin de nous avertir. En attendant l'encaissement a été réalisé immédiatement. Je regrette très clairement d'avoir choisi ce site.

Bestelling niet ontvangen en geen geld terug. Daarbovenop is de klantenservice onbereikbaar zowel via email, telefoon en chat.

Onlangs heeft mijn zoon hier een bestelling geplaatst. Helaas is dit vanuit hun kant niet goed gegaan en hebben zij zelf de bestelling geannuleerd. Hierover zijn wij niet geïnformeerd, hier hebben wij zelf achteraan moeten gaan. Dit was helaas ook de enige keer dat wij iemand hebben gesproken in de chat. Er is hierna geen reactie meer geweest. We zijn nu alweer bijna 3 weken verder, en mijn zoon heeft nog steeds zijn geld niet terug! Hun emailadres is uit de lucht, je kan hier niet naar toe mailen. Het telefoonnummer kan je bellen maar je kan bijna een uur aan de telefoon blijven hangen maar je krijgt niemand aan de telefoon. De chat reageert niet meer nadat de bot je zogenaamd doorstuurd naar een medewerker. Ik vind het een schande, mijn zoon is 130 euro armer en heeft nog steeds geen koptelefoon. Bestel hier gewoon niet mensen!

Waardeloze service

Ik heb 27 november de chruchr anc2 bestelt. Het is nu 14 december en ik heb nogsteeds niks binnen. Ik heb de keuze gemaakt om met Klarna te betalen. Het werkt zo. Als de verkoper de order doorvoert daarna pas kan de klant betalen. Alleen mijn order wordt maar niet doorgevoerd. Waardelozen chatbot waar je mee moet chatten. Geeft totaal geen antwoord op mijn vragen.
