Ski Solutions Recenzje

Mike was very helpful. Understood my requirements and gave good suggestions. When I made my decision he rang the chalet to check there was parking.
Great communication from both ski solutions and the chalet company.

Just a great company to deal with. Ski Solutions took care of everything we needed and I didn't feel I was paying for things or service in resort that I didn't need. We will be back

Fantastic booking experience. Ross at Ski Solutions was very knowledgeable, gave fantastic advice and created the perfect bespoke trip for our family. I will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Excellent service and very efficient. Contacted Ski Solutions looking for a ski holiday for 15 people. came back to me very quickly with some great options. discussed some amendments then booked with them. all very seamless.

Quick and efficient booking

The response time to my initial email request was very quick. Andy was extremely helpful and promised to get back to me with some options the next day. He did and we pretty much had the whole holiday/ short break booked and sorted out within 48 hours. Seamless and professional experience.

Wanted the shortest transfer possible from an airport and ski solutions scammed me with a £4k one week holiday sitting on a bus for 6 hours to get to the resort.
NEVER AGAIN!

I wasn’t sure where to start when booking a ski holiday for a group of 13 but Ski solutions & our account manager Mark made this extremely easy. He was super helpful, providing a number of options for us to consider & answering our numerous questions!Such an easy experience overall & would highly recommend.

I found Ski Solutions really easy to deal with and knowledgeable. Our first date/resort wasn't available so we were sent some alternatives which were all really good, and we could have booked either one of them. We haven't departed yet, so I can't comment on the holiday, but booking it and the choice of resorts we were offered was all very satisfactory.

I wouldn't say it was 'great'; I would say it was better than the competition and gave us what we wanted in a prompt, clear, professional and unambiguous way

James could not have been more helpful in finding a ski holiday for us.

Very active and accurate listener .knew exactly what I was looking for in a ski holiday

This was the second time I had used Ski Solutions to book a holiday. It was so easy to call, explain our requirements and basically have someone else do all the leg work! And having compared prices to some other larger ski travel operators or even booking independently I am very happy with the excellent value that Ski Solutions provided.

using for the 2nd time as they do such a good job
highly recommended :-)

Our consultant listened to our requirements, accessed a holiday (and at a price) that we could not find ourselves and made the booking process simple and straightforward.

The service from start to finish in making this booking was perfect - great advice on where to go and stay and a complete package with all the extras so we didn't have any other arrangements to make - would definitely recommend

Communications were excellent , very informative, helpful and honest about the resorts we discussed .We use ski solutions when booking our skiing holidays as everything is easy and straight forward and their prices are very competitive and usually flying with Jet2 , our preferred choice of air travel.

We booked at short notice and everything was sorted without issue, small details were checked and verified, Nothing was an issue. Would definitely book with S.S again.

Brilliant, friendly customer service as always. Efficient and simple booking process. Highly recommend.
