Ski Solutions Recenzje

Quick response to booking request, friendly call, helpful confirmation email.

Luke was great, it was a struggle for us to fond what we were looking for but he found quite a few options. Booked with confidence

James has booked 2 of our family ski trips for us now and always does a great job. Helpful, friendly and gets exactly what we want. The follow up team for extras are also great!

Tom Power is very pro active, 2 years on the trot he has found the holiday we want within our budget.
All my emails and phone calls are dealt with effectively.
We had one minor glitch on our first holiday which was resolved promptly, efficiently and to my satisfaction.
I would recommend them to my friends.

The help and guidance that I was given when booking my family's first skiing holiday was second to none. I particularly appreciated not just the information with which I was provided but also the kind and patient manner in which my endless questions and the long delays that I incurred in going from thinking to booking were handled.

I have used Ski Solutions to book at least 10 winter holidays and the company has always provided an excellent level of service throughout the process. The staff are highly professional and knowledgeable and I have no hesitation in recommending Ski Solutions to any potential clients.

Service excellent. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Really helped us to get the best value and manage options on our next trip.

Ned was experienced, efficient, non pushy, reliable and keen. His personal experience of our destination helped sell the group holiday. Zero negative comments to make. Well, at this stage anyway!🤣🤣 Thanks Ned.

Booking a skiing holiday for a big group of old codgers is always difficult. This year I opted for some help from Ski Solutions. This was the correct decision.
The Ski Solutions agent could not have been more helpful. We went through many options over a period of weeks before homing in on Les Arcs. The whole group can now look forward to great skiing in January 2025.

Booking was really easy, sent an email followed by a phone call to clarify details and email to confirm booking.

I dealt with Ross and he had the right level of knowledge to help me hone in on an appropriate solution for our group. We are going to go to Norway a first for all of our group.

Very helpful and efficient from booking to customer service

Ski Solutions has been a brilliant company to deal with. The customer service is excellent. I felt totally confident when using them for the first time that the holiday would be up to the standard I expected and that everything would be booked for me and would all run smoothly. The client services team are also extremely helpful and very promptly answered a couple of questions for me while we were away on our recent holiday. Have already booked again for next year!

Everything went very well. Easy to book. Ski equipment easily arranged. Very helpful rep at Arraba. Absolutely faultless service. Just booked again for next year !

We were looking for 9 days skiing in Austria. Ski Solutions came up with a great option for us in Ischgl.

I was given clear, jargon free advice by a very friendly and knowledgeable representative.

My contact was Ned Muir, who did what he said he would do and managed to find alternative flights, which were cheaper and more convenient. Top man.

Excellent company so far.
Booking for 4 people to go to Canada ski-ing next year.
James couldn't have been more helpful, despite our booking being for 2025, and despite it being his busy time of year, he was prompt and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about the places we wanted to visit having been there himself. This was very informative and helped our holiday choices. Thank you.

Very efficient in relaying all the details required for booking a ski holiday.

Very helpful staff when booking a ski trip and really enjoyed the trip - so much so that we booked again for next year.
