I’m very fussy when it comes to anything jewellery, Nothing ever catches my eye, but I came across an advert of a silver cross that looked very well made and you could personalise it so I chose to get my late dads birthdate on it and the word dad, I was able to choose the font that closely resembled his handwriting and the format of the date and when I received it I was blown away by the shear quality and beauty of it. Jewlery is mass produce these days but these are crafted with care and skills that you can tell someone takes pride in their work. Absolutely beautiful and the quality is outstanding. If you want some jewlery that is crafted with care and skills that are not often seen any more I’d highly recommend choosing silvery, beautifully crafted, notified from start to finish of how they are getting on and when it will be at your door, you even get a little cleaning cloth for it. I certainly know where I’m getting a few Christmas presents from and who I’ll be buying from in future. Absolutely fantastic, Thank you.

Very well made, excellent detail

Absolutely LOVE my cross connector necklace. However, think they connected the chain on the wrong sides so the cross is slightly upside down.

The entire experience was ultimately positive with a beautiful outcome.

My request via the website was for the company to contact me once the design had been made so I could approve. This was ultimately done yet I was confused as their automated email’s kept giving me updates that could not have been accurate as I hadn’t received the email for approval yet.

It’s clear that my request for approval slowed down their process adding a couple days to the order yet I was happy to wait due to the final outcome and what I was asking.

Like I say above the experience was ultimately amazing and had a really beautiful and unique gift at the end however the automation caused too much anxiety for me. The company should be cognizant of the automation and in instances like mine they should communicate with the buyer earlier.

I cannot stress enough that my comments are far from negative as I would order from them again without hesitation, hopefully the comments will enable Silvery to be cognizant of this and ease the next persons anxiety.

The communication everyday was appreciated on the progress of my jewelry. And i appreciated that when i needed to make a change for the size it wasn't difficult and was done promptly. It is a present for someone so I hope they will like it as much as I do.

I have ordered from Silvery before and the ring that I received was exactly what I wanted- perfectly made and long lasting at a great price. Sadly, it was taken from me on a trip abroad under some exigent circumstances. I contacted the customer support, and Jenine was so kind in responding to my matter personally and empathised with my situation and helped me place a follow up order. Could not recommend enough

I ordered the Generational Copper Bangle and had it personalized with engraving and adding a charm. I am so in love with this bangle! It is stunning and feminine.
Ordering online was easy and smooth, and I was updated every step of the way from when they received my order to chatting about logistics (I ordered the bangle and charm separately and they were very accommodating with the delivery fee).
