Amazing service. There was a problem with delivery which was my mistake, and Tammy immediately sorted my issue and kept me updated along the way. The engraved ring looks fabulous, I would definitely order from this website again! :)

SOUTH AFRICA?
I opted for this company as it made a big thing about being family run. I became a bit suspicious when I started receiving what can only be described as generic emails about progress with my order. The website stated 2-day turn around and First Class Royal Mail delivery. That hasn't been the case for me. But what was most concerning was the the latest update stated that my item was being forwarded from SOUTH AFRICA! At no point does their website suggest that this is anything other than a UK based business. Feel a little misled. I can't comment on the necklace I purchased as I've yet to receive it.

Gorgeous earrings - great quality.
I recently bought a pair of birthstone earrings from Silvery. I was emailed along the way to them being made and dispatched. I didn't choose any fancy wrapping as they were for me. When they arrived, the wrapping was beautifully done and with care and more importantly, the earrings were gorgeous! Such craftsmanship, quality and so pretty. I've now ordered a birthstone ring and what's even better is the 15% discount.

Cant rate or thank Silvery Jewellery enough! I was travelling abroad to visit my partner and wanted a ring for her. I couldnt find the exact one I wanted anywhere (it combined two types...a writing engraved and fingerprint engraved), decided to email places. Silvery were the only ones who responded and responded positively. An additional complication was I was due to leave very soon (within 2 weeks), other places had told me the turn around was impossible. But 2 days before I was due to leave my custom Silvery Jewellery silver ring arrived in time and im so so happy with it. Really excellent all round. Thank you!

When is silver not Silver
I ordered a personalised necklace, which arrived in early December last year and have been truly happy with it until today. The silver on the clasp mechanism has started to peel off. I checked their website, thinking maybe I had missed where they say the clasps are not Silver, but they say they are. None of my necklace has been stamped with 925 and I am very concerned that I have a, very expensive, white metal necklace and not a, fair priced, Silver 925 necklace

To address your concerns, we have sent you an email and currently awaiting your response.
All our jewellery are made from 925 Sterling Silver, including the clasps on our necklaces. You had purchased our Four Sided Bar Necklace and requested engraving on all four sides, which is why we couldn’t add the 925 Sterling Silver stamp on the bar itself.
However, the clasp does have a stamp on the claw, which is quite dainty and requires close inspection to see.
Regarding the peeling of the silver on the clasp, this could be caused by numerous causes, however, may I please have a close up image of the clasp so I will be able to assess the clasp and determine the cause of this?
