great shoes .. great price... great service...

Very quick and efficient. Very pleased with my purchase

Bought some size 12 shoes took me around 90 seconds to force on and caused extreme pain. More like a size 9 and a half with ability to fit around the foot. Appalling. Dumped them.

Shoes exactly what I wanted good price easy to use website delivered to home address well packed arrived on time.

Rubbish I have been waiting for a pair of shoes, I had to message them to find out when they would arrive, they ring me to tell they are not in stock and have to wait for money back, so be aware they wouldn't have let me know, I had to chase them after waiting not good at all and haven't refunded postage even though they haven't send the shoes con if things go wrong in the process they should refund everything you have paid not refund the postage when it wasn't used I'd terrible, might take matters further just to be a pain in there ass

Very nice packaging and loved the quality.

Loved the shoes I bought but the stitching has come away after minimal use. On contacting customer services who say I’ve had them less than a year, they now point me to John Lewis. Who no doubt will start the merry go round and put me back to them. It’s THEIR shoes do you would think that considering the positive reviews here, that they would help me direct. Disappointing

I only buy silver street london foot wear.
I get Quality service and Top Quality foot wear at grate prises ...
Thank you Silver street London.

Shoes are good value for the money and arrived in good time. Thank you

Excellent product. Perfect fit and very fast delivery. Thank you so much

Have not had the goods and they keep writing to me for a review . So here it is lousy service don’t know about the product never received it

Really great leather toilet case, arrived on time.
Very impressed with the quality of leather and finish of the case. Slightly disappointed at the extreme darkness of the contrasting band - not quite the deep bottle green as depicted and expected.
This is my only reason for deduction of one star.

Amazing delivery time, ordered afternoon and arrived next day , superb quality trainers 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Description in one of the shoes pairs I bought was misleading. The main material is not leather, is a very low quality plastic derivative that looks a bit lose even new without a single wearing. Also in these, the sole is too big, in the promotional pictures the proportion between the sole and the shoe, matches better (maybe the pictures are in dark tones to soften the contrast of the excess size)
The same pair came with an imperfection in the stitching of the sole to the soe, in the back of one of the shoes.

In both pairs, the soles are very cheap looking and is not enough griping texture or design patterns on them.
The brown leather ones are indeed leather...it feel like it, but the design is a bit boring and the low quality sole takes the life out of them.

The shoes are a cheap looking ones, you can get same looking shoes without branding coming from cheap labour markets in Asia for 20 to 30 pounds in any street shoes shop

Maybe to justify the brand, apart of the online marketing and the insistence on costumers for doing a review on your pairs, can be improving the design of the soles, for example..... you can still buying cheap shoes in the asian cheap mega factories but printing a fancy good quality sole beautiful stitched to the cheap leather shoe and do it and sale in here. UK made and fancy.
Anyway facilitating the returning and refunding process is also a good point, you doing that part well.

Not feeling great about the sending of emails asking for a reviewing, like said before. Four or five emails and I didn't were the shoes yet.
More attention to details and less in online bots and automated promotion hooks, please.
Thank you.

Shoes arrived ahead of time and fitted well.
However, I had to clean a dirty mark off the suede. Hence 4 stars.

Excellent customer service. Products were dispatched and delivered with no issues. It’s useful to note that I was kept informed at every point, from transaction to dispatch and eventual delivery.

Lovely pair of shoes exactly what I expected very good quality excellent value for money, prompt delivery always a plus, overall very satisfied.

From browsing ,to order,to delivery,a smooth , professional and easy operation, thankyou.😊
