I cannot believe they have the cheek to charge £4.95 postage for delivery and then make you pay for the return.
The postage was more than the sandals cost.
I won't buy from them again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our delivery and returns charges.
Our £4.95 delivery charge contributes towards the cost of getting your order to you, and as outlined in our returns policy, customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
We do appreciate that these costs can feel disproportionate when purchasing lower-priced items, and we're sorry this has affected your shopping experience.
Thank you again for your feedback, which we do take seriously.
Kind regards,

The shoes were too small despite the fact that 6 is my usual size. I paid for returning them but I understand that thus is not refundable. This outs me off buying from this company again. It's a shame as the staff are very nice and helpful.
