I am so happy with Sihoo's customer and after-sales service! I have two accessaries missed and request for replacement parts by email. They reply me just right next day, and send them out quickly once information has been confirmed. Sihoo's efficient service really makes me feel proud to be their customers.
By the way, their c300 chair is nice and do save me from back and waist hurts. Much cheaper than hm while having an even better experience.

Purchased a M18 chair years ago an it was still decent one, durable and comfortable.

Great experience with the custumer support, Very quick to reply and very helpful. The designs and quality of the chairs are amazing for the price, The only nit pick i do have is they could possibly need to put their plastics used in the chairs through more vigorous testing (But that is only from a personal experience once)

I don’t normally write reviews, but this one is well deserved. From the moment I placed my order, everything went smoothly. The chair was easy to assemble, and the build quality immediately stood out.

The C300 Pro V2 is by far the most comfortable office chair I’ve owned. The ergonomic support is excellent, especially for long hours at a desk. The lumbar support adjusts naturally as you move, the seat is comfortable without feeling too soft, and the overall design makes a noticeable difference to posture and comfort throughout the day.

What impressed me just as much was the customer support. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that clearly cares about its customers even after the purchase.

After using the chair, I can honestly see why so many people rate it so highly. If you’re looking for a premium ergonomic chair that offers great comfort, solid build quality, and excellent customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the C300 Pro V2.

Very fast problem solving from sihoo support

During the pre-order phase of the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 I purchased mine without a footrest as it was sold out at the time, and was sad after a few days as I really wish I waited for the footrest to become available. I reached out wondering if there was a way to purchase the footrest separately as I didnt see it on the site. Originally I was told there was no way as they did not have a format to purchase it separately, but the next day I was told they would send it to me free of charge anyways for being one of their customers. I was absolutely ecstatic and after about a month of using this chair I can say I enjoy it very much. Thank you Sihoo.

Bought the M57 Office Chair nearly a month ago, it is an excellent chair, very comfortable, great design, high standard material. This chair would be deemed high-end from other online shops, but SIHOO manage to sell it at a very reasonable price. Delivery; Very fast, I take responsibility for making a mistake with my delivery address which held things up a little and SIHOO were very helpful in resolving the issue seemlessly & efficiently. I highly HIGHLY recommend!

Ordered the C300 Pro V2 and the D03 standing desk, shipping was delayed by DPD, luckily, the customer service was excellent, expedited the delivery and even refunded £15 for the inconvenience.

Another small hiccup was that the desk package was missing the instruction manual, but again, after reaching out to Sihoo, they were very helpful and sent me a digital copy of the instructions.

The chair and the desk are brilliant, very well built and very comfortable, highly recommended.

Overall very pleased with the purchase and the customer service, they were very professional and responded within 24 hours everytime I reached out.

UPDATE: Had a very minor issue with the chair, the backrest was making a very slight noise when leaning forward or back. Emailed support and its unbelievable, not only did they send a replacement backrest, they also sent new armrests, legs, wheels and gas cylinder! Told me to keep it as spare parts! Amazing customer service would be an understatement, they go above and beyond!

Après plusieurs semaines d'utilisation de la SIHOO Doro S100, je peux dire que c'est l'une des meilleures chaises ergonomiques que j'ai pu essayer.

Le confort est remarquable, même après de longues journées de travail devant l'ordinateur. L'assise en maille est très agréable, respirante et reste confortable pendant plusieurs heures. Le double support lombaire s'adapte parfaitement au dos et apporte un excellent maintien, ce qui réduit considérablement la fatigue.

J'ai malheureusement rencontré un problème sur mon premier exemplaire, avec une casse de l'assise. Même si cela peut arriver sur n'importe quel produit, c'est surtout la manière dont SIHOO a géré la situation qui mérite d'être soulignée.

Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Aya ainsi que toute l'équipe du service client SIHOO. Leur réactivité, leur professionnalisme, leur écoute et leur volonté de trouver une solution ont été exemplaires. Mon dossier a été traité rapidement et un remplacement complet de la chaise a été organisé sans complication. Il est aujourd'hui assez rare de bénéficier d'un service après-vente aussi sérieux et attentif à la satisfaction de ses clients.

Je recommande donc sans hésiter la SIHOO Doro S100 à toute personne recherchant une chaise ergonomique confortable, bien conçue et soutenue par un excellent service après-vente.

Contattato il servizio clienti mi viene detto che possono farmi un rimborso di 40€ per la sedia che non ho nemmeno spacchettato. IMBARAZZANTE

I ordered a Doro C300 Pro V2, and during the initial adjustment after the assembly, a small lever was instantly broken. I contacted the customer support, shared a few images and issue description. Within 3 days of exchange, a solution was found.

Even if the first imprecion of the chair is not optimal, I really liked the fast arrangement of the customer support in my favour. The chair is comfortable and offers astonishingly many adjustment options.

before buy one chair, its quite different from the product introduction, and back sit long time still not changed, which is very uncomfortable.

Great communication and support from Sihoo support team regarding my warranty enquiry on my doro c300.
The response is spot on in addressing my enquiry and promptly providing solution.
