We ordered two Sihoo V2 chairs and had a very positive experience overall. The delivery process was smooth, tracking worked well, and both chairs arrived well packaged and protected.

Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were clear. We did have a small issue with one of the parts, but the customer support team handled it quickly and professionally. Communication was very polite and pleasant, and they arranged a replacement without any unnecessary complications.

Overall, we are very happy with both the product and the level of customer service.

Ich habe mir hier einen Büro-Stuhl gekauft und bin schlichtweg begeistert. Sowohl die Verarbeitungsqualität als auch der Sitzkomfort sind fantastisch – man merkt sofort, dass hier auf hohem Niveau produziert wird.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber den Support: Bei einer Frage zum Produkt wurde mir blitzschnell, super freundlich und absolut kompetent geholfen. Ein so starker Kundenservice ist heutzutage wirklich selten.

Wer auf der Suche nach einem hochwertigen Büro-Stuhl ist und Wert auf verlässlichen Service legt, trifft hier die perfekte Wahl. Ich kann den Kauf uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

I had a Little problem with my order but the support team was really great to help me and It sent me the replacement parts that I asked for my chair. A refund was also done in few days due to a shipment from China. I really apreciated their help and understand my requests in a vacations period as well. Thanks!

I bought an M59AS directly from their website. I’m 1.83 m tall and weigh 85 kg, so apparently I’ve accidentally exceeded the design specifications for the average human being.

Let’s start with the seat height. To get my knees anywhere near a 90° angle, I have to raise the chair almost all the way up. Problem solved — except that after about an hour my knees start hurting badly. Ergonomics, apparently, is a game of choosing which body part you’d like to sacrifice first.

The backrest is another interesting design choice. It locks in exactly one position: perfectly upright. Want to recline a little and lock it there? Absolutely not. Freedom is overrated.

There is supposedly some way to adjust the backrest tension, but discovering how is left as an intellectual challenge for the customer. The included instructions explain how to assemble the chair and then apparently assume that operating it should be self-evident.

The mesh seat is impressively hard. If the goal was to reproduce the comfort of sitting on a park bench while technically using fabric, mission accomplished.

The lumbar support works reasonably well, provided you sit perfectly upright like you’re posing for a passport photo.

And then we get to the masterpiece: the armrests. They are so short that actually resting your elbows on them requires moving your entire upper body right up against the desk. I assume they were designed mainly for people with unusually short forearms.

To be fair, there are positives. The materials feel solid, assembly is genuinely easy, and delivery was fast and precise.

Unfortunately, none of that makes the chair comfortable.

So, after spending around €200, I’ve ended up with a very well-built, very efficiently delivered device for making me appreciate my previous chair.

Maybe the more expensive models are better. The M59AS, however, is one I would happily recommend avoiding.

The chair i got is great and are realy comfterble, there customer service is realy good, when my chair broke they where able to fix it for me, really great company!!!

Terribly unprofessional company & a scam. Bought their SIHOO M57 ergonomic chair brand new and the package came like had been used and torn apart. Inside screws and pieces of the chair were floating around the box. Inside the package there were multiple pieces missing leaving it impossible to build the chair. It came with an extra wheel that clearly didn't belong to the chair. The wheels had dirt inside them like they had been used for years.
Don't buy from this company I don't recommend!

I bought a Sihoo M18 chair in 2021 and have been very happy with it. Provides great support. The only issue I had was that the armrests cracked over the years but the company replaced them free of charge. Everything else about the chair has been excellent: great support, comfortable, and does everything you'd want from an office chair. The customer service team deserves a special mention too - five stars for consistently providing free replacement parts without any hassle. Than you

I recently purchased the Sihoo Doro C300 Pro V2 and have been really impressed so far. The lumbar support is the standout feature, it actually adapts to your movement instead of staying fixed like on most office chairs I've tried before, which makes a real difference during long work sessions. The armrests and headrest are also fully adjustable, so I was able to dial in a setup that fits my body well.

Good chair for the price range. The reclining lever got stuck in the back position after a year, but a replacement was arranged with no fuss.

The ultimate chair for office and gaming.
I had the doro s300 for 2 years and compare to the other gaming chairs that i had in the past this is on another level.
Built quality: excellent, aluminium everywhere and solid like a tank.
Ergonomic: the entire project of this chair is to say goodbye to your back pain forever, and i can tell you that is true. You can adjust everything form the depth seat to the height of the armrest, you can incline them and put in the best position for all the occasion like: reading comics, gaming to your fav console or pc, or just scroll instagram comfier than ever. The lumbar support and the back support are amazing, the lumbar pads feel like they’re hugging you and the back support can easely adjusted for your high (btw I’m 190cm and i have no problem).
The seat: it’s the best seat i’ve ever felt so far on a gaming chair, no sweat and comfy like a cloud under your butt cheeks.
Great support from the vendor and fast response.
If you want to make a good purchase for your back and your gaming/work session buy this the price will repay itself with time and satisfaction

Ich habe den SIHOO M57 im Januar 2021 gekauft und sitze seither praktisch täglich darauf. Ein ausgezeichnet guter Sessel zu einem günstigen Preis – ich habe damals rund 270 € gezahlt, aktuell gibt es ihn sogar um ca. 170 €. Für einen vollausgestatteten Ergonomie-Sessel mit verstellbarer Kopfstütze, Lordosenstütze und 3D-Armlehnen ist das schwer zu schlagen.

Die Mesh-Sitzfläche macht auch langes Sitzen sehr angenehm – man klebt an warmen Tagen nicht im Schweiß am Sitz, was bei gepolsterten Sitzflächen sonst schnell passiert. Auch die 150 kg Tragkraft sind nicht selbstverständlich: Die meisten Bürostühle sind nur auf 110–120 kg ausgelegt. Das gibt mir trotz meines Gewichts eine gute Reserve.

Nach den fünf Jahren waren die Armlehnenpolster verschlissen. Auf meine Ersatzteilanfrage hat der Support schnell reagiert und mir kostenlos zwei komplette Armlehnen zugesagt – obwohl die Garantie schon zwei Jahre abgelaufen war. So stellt man sich Kundenservice vor.

Ich habe den Sessel erst kürzlich im Familien- und Freundeskreis weiterempfohlen. Klare Empfehlung auch hier.

Woanders gibt es bei verloren gegangenen Paketen oft lange Diskussionen, aber Sihoo hat hier wirklich klasse reagiert. Als mein Paket als „zugestellt“ galt, aber nirgends aufzufinden war, habe ich den Support kontaktiert. Mir wurde umgehend und super freundlich geholfen. Keine zwei Wochen später stand mein Ersatzstuhl vor der Tür. Vielen Dank für den schnellen und unkomplizierten Service!
