I bought my Sihoo m57 chair off of Amazon UK 5 years ago, and it has served me so very well over the years - very comfy, affordable and stylish :)

Over the years I lost the two chair arms and messaged Sihoo’s customer support, asking where I could buy a set of replacement arms, as I was clearly well out of the warranty period.

To my complete surprise, Lin from UK support sent me a brand new pair of chair arms for FREE! Not only was this incredibly generous, but when they arrived with only 3 screws, Lin then organised a separate shipment, all the way from China to the UK, with a brand new set of screws and bolts, again for free!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate these kind gestures, it really is the mark of a serious business that knows their worth and stands behind their products.

Lin has ensured that I will be a Sihoo customer for life and I couldn’t be more appreciative.

Thank you so very much again - I would recommend Sihoo to all and everyone :) They really look after their customers.

Tras meses de uso diario, la Doro C300 Pro V2 me parece una silla excepcional a nivel ergonómico. Es comodísima incluso en jornadas largas, la malla mantiene la espalda fresca y transpirada, y aguanta el uso intensivo sin ceder ni perder firmeza con el tiempo. Los materiales y los acabados son de muy buena calidad, se nota que está bien construida y pensada para durar.

Y el servicio de atención al cliente ha estado a la altura del producto: rápido, cercano y resolutivo. Es el ejemplo claro de cómo debería ser un servicio postventa de calidad. Producto y trato, ambos sobresalientes. Muy recomendable.

We have purchased several chairs for our production control rooms. The chairs are comfortable, look great, and have several support features that make those long days easier to sit through. We recently had to contact their support due to a caster breaking. Support was responsive and helped us resolve our issue.

J'ai acheté un fauteuil SIHOO début 2025, le fauteuil était parfait jusqu'en Aout 2026, le siège a commencé à se dégrapher, ce qui engendrait une souplesse désagréable du siège. J'étais obligé de mettre un énorme oreillé pour continuer à travailler mais c'était toujours désagréable. Je décide le 24 Aout à 1h du matin à envoyer un mail au support avec quelques photos du problème, pour faire jouer la garantie (j'habite en France), La réponse et les échanges se font dans la matinée et il me précise que la pièce cassé devrait arrivé dans 2 à 4 jours. Je pense que cela va arriver en fin de semaine. Mais non cela arrivé le 27 Aout, je remonte la pièce en 20 min et le siège est OK. Pour ma part c'est la première fois que cela est aussi rapide.

I recently bought a chair for my grandson and it wasnt quite right . It seemed thete was a fault in the lumber support . I contacted customer services and they were so helpful , they identified the problem and wete going to send a replacement part out. However the part was unavailable and so i wasnt left waiting for more stock they are sending me a whole new chair . I also dont need to pay to return the faulty one . The whole team have been helpful , curteous and a please to deal with . Well recommended company

Dopo aver valutato diverse sedie da gaming, ma rimanendo convinto che la pelle d’estate faccia sudare, devo dire che questa Doro C300 Pro V2 è fantastica: comoda, molto personalizzabile e robusta. Se vuoi avvicinare la sedia il più possibile al tavolo, basta ruotare i braccioli di 180 gradi. La seduta è comodissima e le gambe non si addormentano nemmeno dopo ore. L’assistenza è stata molto veloce e cordiale, sempre pronta a risolvere i problemi con il corriere BRT che non ha consegnato il secondo pacco; i colli sono due, non lo avevano specificato, ma è bastato scrivere per avere subito chiarimenti. Comprata con lo sconto e per il piccolo disguido con il corriere mi hanno applicato un piccolo sconto, ma gradito. Consigliato Grazie Sihoo

Spent a bunch of time looking for chairs with solid lumbar support and decided to go with the Sihoo Doro c300 pro v2 and I’m pretty impressed. I bought it because it offers a lot of ergonomic adjustment for the $400–$500 price range.

The lumbar support is definitely the standout feature for me. I’ve usually found lumbar support on chairs disappointing, but this one adjusts exactly where I need it and moves with me when I change position. I no longer need a pillow behind my back, and I’m not finishing my workdays with back pain anymore.

I’m also normally not a fan of reclining, but the moving lumbar support makes it genuinely useful since I don’t have to readjust everything when I lean forward or back.

It took some time to dial in all the adjustments, especially the seat position. The armrests are also slightly different in height, but less than an inch and only noticeable because of how they line up with my desk. It isn’t an issue for me. My experience with their customer support has me pretty confident that they would fix it if it were though.

I also really like the armrests and the little adjustable back pads. They seem pretty useless at first, but they’re surprisingly useful when reclining and holding your phone. And you can angle them in pretty much any direction you’d want, which has been useful for me avoiding having them hit my desk when I want to sit at attention. They do move a little easier than I’d like, but there’s still enough of a lock in place that I don’t have to fight with it.

Overall, easily the best chair I could hope for at this price.

I purchased the Doro C300 Pro V2 and I am very satisfied with the chair. The whole ordering process was smooth, including B2B invoicing and VAT handling for my European company.
What impressed me the most, however, was their customer service. I made a mistake with my original order, but their support team was extremely understanding, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to find the best possible solution for me, even though the issue was caused by my own mistake. Communication was fast, friendly, clear, and professional throughout the entire process. They genuinely made an effort to help instead of simply referring me to standard policies.
This kind of customer support is quite rare these days and definitely deserves recognition. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend SIHOO.

My husband had an issue with his chair, and the customer support team sent us some great videos to help us troubleshoot. They also provided a partial refund as an apology for the issue we faced. Overall, they were great!

La sedia modello M57 ci è piaciuta molto. Il montaggio è semplice e rapido. Alcune plastiche potrebbero avere una qualità maggiore o le avrei fatte in metallo, ma per un modello entry level direi che ci può stare. La cosa che mi ha stupito è quante regolazioni è possibile fare su un modello economico. L'unica regolazione che si fa con delle viti è la distanza dei braccioli dalla sedia, però bisogna anche dire che una volta settati non c'è più necessità di cambiarli.

I had a Secretlabs Titan, but it was giving me severe leg pains, and so after some research I decided on a replacement and bought the Doro C300 Pro V2.

I'm very happy with the chair. It has an almost crazy amount of potential adjustments, and shifts and moves well with you. It also feels very good quality - sturdy materials and holds together very well once assembled. (Be aware it arrives in two packages and they may not necessarily arrive on the same day due to logistics.)

The customer service has been excellent, too. I'm 6ft tall, and so found the chair is very slightly low for me to be fully comfortable, so I contacted Sihoo about this and they sent me a taller gas cylinder to help with this. Unfortunately the chair is SO well put together that I can't get the existing cylinder out of the connector that the legs attach to, but their customer service has stepped up again and are sending me a new one of those as well, so I can't fault them for their responsiveness and willingness to help.

I think it has been the best customer service I have ever had. very fast response, attentive and problem solving with the best way. completely recommend the product and the company as well. very happy, they solved all my problems and I made the mistake twice

I’ve had a very positive experience with SIHOO, both with the chair itself and their customer support.

The chair has been extremely comfortable and has held up well with regular use. When the armrest pads became damaged, I contacted SIHOO support. Although I no longer had the original order number or proof of purchase, their team was understanding and kindly offered to send replacement armrest pads free of charge.

The support team were polite, helpful and clear throughout the process. I really appreciate them going beyond what I expected to help resolve the issue.

I bought my Sihoo C300 2 years ago and love it. We had a little problem with the seat mesh recently, contacted Sihoo and they were fantastic and responsive and arranged to replace the seat. It arrived a week later!! Nothing but admiration for this Company, would definitely buy from them again. The engineering in these chairs is amazing! And the service can't be faulted. Do your back a favour and buy one!

Very happy with my SIHOO Doro C300 Pro V2. The chair is very comfortable, supportive, and works really well for long periods of sitting.

I later wanted to add the original footrest, and SIHOO’s support team really went above and beyond to accommodate my request. The footrest fits perfectly and makes the chair even more comfortable.

I have had a chair for almost 5 years and it's still the comfiest chair. I have recommended my chair to my friends when I got it and they got one too, all of them still have it and enjoy using it. It's an investment but it's worth it!

In my use, I have changed the gas puston once and now I have a longer one as the original one was supposed to stay extended to the max to reach a comfortable position for me. It still has no creacks or noises and I find that amazing.
