J’ai repéré cette marque sur les réseaux sociaux. J’ai souhaité faire un cadeau à ma mère. J’ai donc passé commande le 23 octobre. Après m’avoir fourni un numéro de suivi erroné, je les contacte pour obtenir le bon. Cet échange me permettra de constater qu’après avoir confié le colis à DPD, il a disparu des radars. J’écris donc de nouveau au service client pour leur exposer le problème, on me demande alors si je souhaite un remboursement ou un nouvel envoi. L’erreur étant humaine et s’agissant d’un cadeau d’anniversaire, je demande un nouvel envoi. Cette fois-ci, le colis est confiée à GLS et de nouveau, le colis est égaré. Agacée par cette situation, j’ai donc demandé le remboursement. Leur service client est juste nul. Face à ces deux disparitions de colis (vols) il n’y a eu aucun geste commercial, aucune solution proposée. Nous sommes le 14 novembre, et je viens tout juste de percevoir le remboursement. À fuir !

Da tempo cliente affezionata, ho sempre avuto esperienze assai positive con questo brand, in particolare per quanto riguarda l'efficienza e la qualità ineccepibile dei prodotti che propone. Tuttavia, devo ammettere che la mia stima nei loro confronti è ulteriormente cresciuta quando ho avuto modo di interagire con un servizio clienti di una professionalità ed efficienza sorprendenti.
Ho avuto un disguido con il Corriere BRT, il quale ha purtroppo ha rubato le merce nel pacco, ma il team del servizio clienti non ha esitato un attimo ad aiutarmi, comprendendo immediatamente la natura del problema e facendo tutto il possibile per risolverlo nel miglior modo possibile. Sono stati estremamente gentili e premurosi, non solo inviandomi nuovamente l'articolo, ma anche adottando ulteriori misure per assicurarsi che il pacco fosse a prova di ladro.
L'approccio umano, la sollecitudine e l'attenzione al cliente che ho riscontrato hanno rafforzato la mia fiducia nel brand, confermandone l'affidabilità e la serietà. Sono decisamente soddisfatta e felice di aver scoperto un'azienda che pone il cliente al centro delle sue priorità, dimostrando un impegno costante nell'offrire non solo prodotti di alta qualità, ma anche un servizio clienti insuperabile.
Raccomando vivamente il brand a chiunque apprezzi l'eccellenza sia in termini di prodotti che di servizio clienti.

is a company who is handling very good their processes when all goes right but also if things are not going how they should.

Jewellery is beautiful & shiny, just how I like it :) it looks exactly as it is in the picture, shipping is fast. It is a little pricey though.

The products are as good in terms of looks and quality as I expected and therefore as in the pictures on the website, where also you can find the description details about the product. The products are nicely and safely packed so I received them in perfect condition. The delivery was a day delayed and it wasn’t announced so it might be a problem for a busy schedule. Anyway I think this has to do more with the delivery company.
