After I reported, not having received my ordered and dispatched item after 2 weeks. They created a new order and send it by express courier.

Happy customer

I first saw Sif Jacobs watches while visiting Denmark and fell in love. I found the website and decided to order. Ordering online was easy and I was emailed immediately. I was extremely pleased with my watch when it arrived. It came faster than I had expected !!! I will enjoy wearing my Valeria watch every day!

Problème de suivi de commande et demande de remboursement

Je me permets de vous adresser ce message afin de relater les difficultés que j'ai rencontrées dans le cadre de ma commande passée le 26 novembre 2023. Après avoir reçu initialement un numéro de suivi incorrect de la part de Chronopost, j'ai pris contact avec le service commercial qui m'a fourni un nouveau numéro attribué par DPD.
Malheureusement, ce changement n'a pas résolu le problème, car le suivi de la livraison est demeuré à l'arrêt. Suite à cela, j'ai envoyé un nouveau courriel au service client pour exposer la situation, et bien que l'on m'ait demandé d'être patiente, aucune amélioration n'a été constatée. Face à cette impasse, j'ai formulé une demande de remboursement.
À ma grande déception, on m'a encore demandé aimablement de patienter davantage, en attendant que DPD confirme la perte du colis. À ce jour, le 11 décembre 2023, je constate un manque total de suivi de la part du service commercial qui semble avoir ignoré ma demande de remboursement. Aucune solution n'a été proposée pour résoudre cette situation préjudiciable.
Cette expérience a été extrêmement décevante, et je tiens à souligner que je ne recommande pas ce vendeur, qui semble se décharger de toute responsabilité sur les livreurs.
Je vous prie de bien vouloir traiter cette situation de manière urgente et de me faire part des mesures prises pour résoudre ce problème dans les plus brefs délais.

It’s the delivery service that’s the issue, not the webshop.

Edit: Since the original writing of this review Sif Jakobs got in contact, apologising for the delay and they offered to ship the same necklace to my address again. It arrived two days later! Different delivery service and all trouble is resolved. Thanks so much for that, excellent service in my opinion. Original parcel arrived the day after, so now I have two. Sif Jakobs asked me to return one at my own discretion, which I of course will do.

How can I be anything but unhappy. Mid November, I found a beautiful necklace on the website and ordered it, paid upfront. Now it’s mid December, haven’t received the package, haven’t heard from customer service despite my emails and the tracking service doesn’t work so I have no idea where the package is if sent at all. But I did get an email with the question how satisfied I am with my purchase…pretty expensive way to get some attention!
