I am waiting to receive my order.
I placed an order in the online store and received a message that the order was shipped on December 1st. I can still see that the shipment is still at the origin. How long does it normally take to deliver a package to the carrier? I expected to receive my items in about a week, but the shipment I placed 10 days ago hasn't even been handed over to the carrier! I don't think this is normal.

direct verkleurd jammer genoeg
ring gekocht en na 3 weken al verkleurd. Als je hem voor alles moet uitdoen in het dagelijkse leven zoals douchen dan kan ik er niets mee doen. jammer, heb ook niet de moeite gedaan om er mee terug te gaan naar de winkel want dat is vaak zinloos ( verloren tijd)
