Do not use - You have been warned

I bought a piece of jewellery and need to return it because a gem is missing. And can I get a returns label? No. Three days and counting and numerous emails later - still no label. Trustworthy companies provide a return label when they deliver their products. This company isn't trustworthy.

Avoid this shameful organisation at any cost. Their jewellery is substandard and their returns policy is non existent and clearly their jewellery is bad quality.

Update: Sif have had the faulty return item now for one week and nothing received about when the exchanged item might arrive. A pure con. As I have already mentioned, please avoid purchasing from this store.

Update 2: 25th August and still no return - I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY

Perfect pair

I ordered a gift wrap and a message…

I ordered a gift wrap and a message card along with the products, but they were not included in the delivery. The shipping process also took too long, and the packaging was not done with care — everything arrived messy and disorganized. Considering the price, I also found the product quality quite disappointing.

One of the worst experience

First, a discount code for free shipping applied and showing that it is working got suddenly removed the second I pressed the button ‘complete purchase’ - upping the final amount of almost 15$. Even if I pressed back as to not complete the transaction, it was already too late, I received an email with confirmation of purchase but not for the amount that was indicated when I clicked on ‘complete purchase’ but for the amount of my basket plus shipping cost. I therefore understood that they removed at the very last second my coupon of free shipping.

Second, when I wrote them to inquire about this matter, they told me they could not do anything as they had no valid coupon for a free shipping at the time of purchase. I replied that the coupon was clearly working when I was entering all the payment info and discount code, that I saw the amount of shipping being removed from my total amount. I went back on the website and use the same code again to take screenshots and show them that it was still working. I also added that removing a code at the very last second is not a sensible practice and demonstrates bad faith.

They therefore accepted to give me the discount and reduced my total amount to the amount I was agreeing on to pay when I clicked the ‘confirm purchase’ button.

But it doesn’t end there, the day after offering me the discount, I received an email of confirmation of cancellation of my order. They wrote me saying they had to cancel my order because the item in my basket was now out of stock.

I went on the website again and check if the item was really out of stock and it was not…
I could have completed another transaction buying the same item. I could have even used the same discount code again as it was still working on the transaction page…

I therefore thing they simply did not want to complete my order with free shipping and that instead of fixing their website and remove the applicability of the discount code, they simply cancelled my order instead of assuming their mistake.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend buying from a business that is treating its customers this way.
