William Murray came round to measure my lounge window, and told me the shutters would be ready in September. They were indeed ready and fitted with care and look absolutely stunning. Shutterly Fabulous were absolutely brilliant I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality shutters and real craftsmanship. 10 out of 10.

Buyer Beware
The shutters themselves are excellent. Unfortunately, everything since a major measuring error has been completely unacceptable.
I spent around £4,000 and, despite the error being with the measuring, nobody has properly taken ownership or put it right. Instead, I have effectively been ignored, with the company hiding behind a single email rather than actually dealing with the problem.
Mistakes happen. Refusing to take ownership of them is something entirely different.
I chose this company partly because of its prominent relationship with John Lewis, which gave me confidence that I was dealing with a business with similarly high standards. My experience could not have been further from that expectation.
Most concerning is that reading other reviews suggests I am not the only customer reporting problems with how issues are handled when something goes wrong.
The product is wonderful. The after-sales service and accountability have been appalling.
My advice to prospective customers: read the negative reviews carefully before buying. The real test of a company isn’t when everything goes right — it’s what they do when they get something badly wrong. My experience tells you everything you need to know.
Following the response on here This is no where close to being resolved we have just reached an interim agreement. I have no clue still when these shutters will be finalised.

What a lovely experience ordering from…
What a lovely experience ordering from Shuttetley fabulous. Our fitter Luca was amazing from measuring and fitting and explaining everything to us. He was very careful in our house and cleaned up everywhere as he fitted each room. Can’t thank you enough they look fantastic and look forward to the Conservatory being fitted with the shutters.

Recently had shutters fitted in two bedrooms. The whole experience has been very good from initial visit and pricing and finally fitting all by Joe Calcott. I am delighted with them the finished job is excellent with very neat finishing and everything was left tidy when the fitter left! Would recommend !

We will beat any like for like price. Scam
Company were excellent at coming out to quote and the guy was also excellent, however their “we will beat any like for like price” even up to the day before fitting is a complete scam. Had another company quote like for like and their price was around £700 better. Shutterly Fabulous made every excuse under the sun why it wasn’t the same and refused to honour their commitment.

We couldn’t be more impressed with Victor. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly, with fantastic attention to detail when measuring up our shutters. He took the time to make sure everything was just right, which gave us complete confidence in placing our order.

The whole process from quote to instal was perfect
The whole process from start to finish was great from Matt Hulson coming round to quote right up to him installing. I liked the concept of the same person who measured up and quotes was the person who came back to install them. I’m also very pleased with the quality of the installation & the shutters and Matt was a great bloke as well very polite & cleared up everything and took away the packaging after the installation.

First class fitter
The fitter Lee McGuiness was very experienced he made the whole process from first visit to measure and quote to the day of fitting stress free.
Very tidy worker no mess or fuss and very respectful removed his shoes and I would highly recommend Lee and Shutterly fabulous but any business is only as good as the staff

Excellent Craftsmanship
The shutters transform the rooms - I am thrilled with them . However, the craftsmanship of Ben Picken is also noteworthy. He is meticulous,and efficient, always courteous, and humorous.
I tell all my friends and colleagues that if they are considering shutters- they should choose SF - not least because of the expertise of Ben - who lives locally.

I had shutters fitted by Josh Graham. He did an excellent job. The shutters are amazing and really are made and fitted to a high standard. Josh was friendly and polite and took every effort to make sure all was good.

Luca took time to understand our needs
Luca was very thorough, understanding our needs and applying a truly bespoke design to all of our unusual windows. He gave us all the options available to us with the pros and cons without being pushy at all. We'd just moved in to our new home and were very tired - Luca was understanding and patiently explained options more than once while our jaded brains caught up! Great service so far.
