A really good service from the initial planning and survey stage to delivery and fitting of the shutters. The service team also kept us updated throughout the whole process. The shutters look great, are well made and were very reasonably priced.

3 installers came yesterday to fit our shuttters, I was so pleased not only with the blinds but the staff, quiet but got the job done and very pleasant, hard workers they just came in did the job cleaned up everything and was a pleasure to have them, I do usually say that as there is always something isn’t there but I can’t fault Jamie, Jake and Flinn at all. Thanks guys and well done for leaving my properly in perfect condition, no rubbish they cleaned up everything, did t even know they had been apart from the amazing gorgeous new shutters!

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the administrative handling of my order. While the final product and the installation team were excellent, the journey to get there was unacceptable.
​After paying a deposit on 04/11, I experienced a pattern of total communication silence. I had to personally initiate contact on 18/12, six weeks later, only to discover an administrative 'mix-up' meant my order hadn't even been processed. Despite being offered a gesture of goodwill for the delay, the promised follow-up on 05/01 never happened. I had to chase again on 04/02, only to find my order would now take over four months to arrive.
​The installation team, who arrived on 13/03, were the sole highlight of this experience: polite, hardworking, and professional. Unfortunately, my attempt to provide this positive feedback was met with further silence. When I called to follow up today, I was met with a defensive and ill-informed Sales Manager who seemed more interested in reading file notes than addressing the breakdown in service.
​As a customer service professional myself, I understand that mistakes happen. However, the lack of proactive communication and the difficulty in reaching someone with the authority to resolve complaints is staggering. I am still awaiting a call from the Sales Director, Michael; hopefully, it arrives before the end of the year.

Perfect shutters,what can I say but Perfect!from my first phone call,quickly had a man round to measure up,he was friendly and gave some great advice!customer service is excellent,the ladies on the phone were very informative and helpful during the process which took 14 weeks,worth the wait!Jamie and Jake fitted 3 full bay window shutters,they've transformed my bungalow into exactly what I imagined and more!I would 100%recommend this company. Had a really bad experience with this company , the lies that they told me each time I called ! They never kept there word , they never called me back and the numerous emails I sent with no reply back from them !! Please be very wary as I was recommended to go with them . I finally got a response and there answer was they will make sure this never happens again . All this was going on since June 2025 and carried on untill febuary 2026. The way I was treated was appalling .

Great experience with perfect shutters, we ordered shutters for our new home to match as closely as possible, the ones already installed on the ground floor. From the consultation we felt very confident that this could happen.

The admin process was seamless and booking the installation was equally as simple.
