We are very pleased with the shutters, they were fitted quickly & efficiently.
The fact that the fitter wants to change one of the sections because it was scratched, shows attention to detail.

Very pleased with overall service delivered by one person from survey to install. Well worth the wait, shutters look absolutely fabulous as promised. Good communication from order to install. Very professional installation, despite quite challenging negotiating around obstacles. Quality product. Would definitely recommend.

IT error so order not processed?!
Had a great visit from Scott who was really thorough, fab service and won my business out of all competitors. Placed my order that night with express delivery, 4 weeks ago so I’m expecting my shutters in 4 weeks.
Have just received a phone call from head office saying my order hasn’t been placed due to an “IT error” and now probably won’t be ready before Christmas but they might be able to offer me a goodwill gesture?! Is this some kind of joke?!
Asked for a manager to call me back but that will take a few days because they are very busy! Well I am a VERY unhappy customer spending A LOT of money so let’s hope they do so today.
EDIT: to add insult to injury, I was offered a gesture of goodwill payment and that’s been sent to an account that’s got nothing to do with me, a totally different customer! God forbid you manage to speak to an actual manager.

We're at the beginning, so had a site visit - excellent. Very clear about options and costs and lead times. Ruairi was on time, friendly and knowledgeable.
Will update once we have the shutters fitted but so far would highly recommend.

Shocking customer service
I ordered my shutters back in February 2026. They were due to be installed in May. On the day of installation (end of May) Glen ( he's fantastic by the way!) informed me that the shutters for my bay windows were not measured correctly by the original man who measured up all my windows. I was obviously annoyed after waiting 3 months for them to be fitted and I wanted them installed before summer. As a result he couldn't install my shutters for the bay windows. Shutterly fabulous emailed to say that my replacement shutters would be shipped in 8-10 weeks. 3 months later in August, no one had contacted me to give me an update on my replacement shutters. I told them that I was going to be away on holiday end of August and wanted them to be installed before I went away. At this point it was 6 months since I had originally ordered my shutters. They emailed afterwards to say that Glen could come back at the end of August to install my shutters even though I had stated that I would be away. They then offered me another date and I told them I wouldn't be here! They told me that they would offer me a gesture of goodwill for waiting months and months for these shutters. My shutters were finally installed 3 weeks ago however, I have emailed this company about my gesture of goodwill and they still have not bothered to respond to my emails. They are happy to take your money but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. It's been 2 weeks since I've emailed them and no one has got back to me. It's not acceptable that I had to wait 6 months for my shutters to be installed.
