Searching for a good deal with shutters?

I spent a lot of time researching, and in some instances accepting other shutter fitting companies over the years. I can say with some experience behind me, with services that are inferior to Shutterly Fabulous, that I have made the right choice.

Shutterly Fabulous sent Neil, he measured up and priced my requirement, and arranged a date for fitting.

Once we agreed the date, Neil turned up on time, quickly prepared the area and completed the fit in a very short time. He left no mess, no boxes that the shutters were delivered, even hovering around every screw hole that he drilled.

Needless to say, I’m very pleased with the price and quality of the product, combined with the speed from the measuring up, to the complete fitting by Neil.

Altogether a very impressive performance!

I’m absolutely delighted with my new shutter blinds in the kitchen. They look beautiful and have completely transformed the room. The quality is fantastic and they finish the kitchen off perfectly.

A special mention to Abraham, who came out to measure and fit them. He was lovely, professional and really helpful from start to finish. I’m so pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend Abraham and the company to anyone considering having shutters fitted.

Absolutely horrendous service.

The shutters took almost four months to arrive and when they did the technician installed them wrong. He had to return and fill in the holes he had made in the window frame.

The quality of the shutters is poor and they scratched immediately. The fact the technician gave me a pot of touch-up paint on installation should have been a dead giveaway.

The shutters in one room have now broken (under warranty) and Shutterly are ignoring our emails and refusing to fix them.

I would definitely avoid.

Maciej who fitted my shutters was absolutely fabulous. As originally the shutters were the wrong size (measured by someone else), he had to get them reordered to the correct size. The job was a really tough one for him as my bay window was not straight and plumb but Maciej worked really hard to get the shutters in perfectly. Can’t fault him at all - an asset to this company.
I was disappointed that the person who originally measured for the shutters got it all wrong and I have had to wait 6 months from first ordering them till getting them fitted. The shutters themselves are fine.

I have just had shutters fitted this morning. Stuart the fitter was very prompt and very informative about the shutters. He worked away very efficiently and removed all of the waste. Very happy with the result. Thank you.

Excellent service! Beautiful shutters. This is the third time that I have used this company. Liam recently came out to measure for my new shutters and discussed everything clearly. I am confident that he will fit them expertly as he did before. Customer services have also been very helpful. Thank you.

I found the service at each step excellent. The person who visited was very knowledgeable about the products. I particularly liked that I wasn't pressurised into signing up there and then. All round, great experience so far.

Bought these shutters on a friend's recommendation, but I absolutely would not recommend them myself. The ordering was simple enough but since the first fitting it's been stressful and far from the premium experience you expect.

The initial installation was poorly executed and parts were not fitted well at all. The original fitter was slow to reply and cancelled multiple appointments to come back and fix it. I contacted Shutterly directly. They sent a senior fitter on 4/8/26 who agreed the frames of the two main bay windows were poor and needed completely replacing. Weeks passed with zero communication and when I called to check on 18/8/26 I discovered Shutterly had done absolutely nothing with the senior fitter's report! The replacement parts were finally ordered over 6 weeks ago. I sent a message asking for an update a week ago and have been met with total silence.

At this stage, we just hope to eventually get what we actually paid for. The amount of extra stress, hassle, and chasing required just to get a what we paid for is ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Very simple and easy process. The interaction we had with the staff member was very helpful and friendly!

From order to delivery was a bit longer than I thought, however I wanted the wooden shutters and they take longer. However the wait was worth it. So happy with our new shutters and Luca was brilliant everything must be perfect. Also very rare for someone to say what a good company he works for. Well done and thank you

They made an appointment in the early afternoon. I came home from work early to get the survey for the shutters. Once I got home I got a message about being outside.

They were not outside, they just cancelled because I didn't reply to a text while I had my phone off at work.
