The appointment went well , Prompt and very professional,Daniel knew his shutters and discussed styles and types of Wood shutters and expected time frame , looked very sturdy and good quality , Great that the samples are brought to make the right choice of openers and hinges - chose the color every thing explained , no pressure to buy and ability to view shutters and fittings at time on line , offered color swatch but had chosen what was brought . Daniel was very a very professional informative spokesperson for Shutterley Fabulous and i am looking forward to fitting day will make our windows look shutterly beautiful

Maciej Wezowski measured up and fitted our shutters. Very friendly and personable offering some good advice and generally being very efficient. The fitting took no time at all and he went through the functionality and took all rubbish away too. Would definitely use again. A great experience!

Had a survey and quote from Maciej for my bay window. Talked through all the options, he explained things in detail and gave advice when needed. Very happy with the service received!

Overall, we had an outstanding experience with Shutterly Fabulous and are extremely pleased with how our shutters turned out. A very special thank you to our shutter specialist, Sergej Rozin who went above and beyond from the initial consultation and installation. During the consultation, he was extremely insightful and made some very helpful recommendations based on his extensive experience. During installation, he was extremely professional and efficient. The shutters themselves are very high quality and look immaculate. We could not have asked for a better outcome and experience, would definitely recommend! Jo Vile did a great job. Showed us how they worked and left spares. Explained that they would come and fix anything if necessary and the spares would be with us to use.

William arrived on time and explained everything about the shutters then measured my windows. Can't say any more than that!! ask again when installation has taken place!

We saw Sergej, and he was lovely. Advice given without the hard sell, and honestly it’s what sold us. We had made an appointment with another shutter/blind service, for comparison, however, we cancelled the 3hr appointment slot with them as we were so very happy with Sergej as our fitter and we figured the pricing would most likely be very similar as their direct competitors.

It was a great pleasure having Neville installing my shutters as what a lovely and approachable person along with his attention to detail making the shutters look absolutely fabulous…. They truly are lovely and I thank you very much. As I had a bathroom renovation he had to return to complete the work so I hope the company really appreciates his dedication.

I was pleased with how quick it was from the measuring to the installation. But, a bit disappointed that there was a gap of about 1cm in the middle when closed. I did point it out to the installer but he said that’s how they come. Also, one of the blinds, the slats are very tight and hard to open and close. I was told they will get looser but after over a week they are still tight, perhaps I should give it a little longer. Apart from that, I’m quite pleased with them and I will get in touch with the company if the slats stay tight.

Lee McGuinness explained everything clearly. He turned up as arranged and the fitting went smoothly. He probably left the room cleaner than when he started! Thank you Lee! We are very pleased with the shutters.

We’ve recently had shutters fitted , the whole experience was excellent from the initial consultation for measuring & pricing & then the fitting of the shutters , Spencer our local representative was very helpful, friendly & professional, would definitely recommend Shutterly Fabulous to friends & family & we’re extremely pleased with our shutters.

The quality of the shutters in hardwood/white is perfect. solid feel to them. Well fitted with no damage to the surrounding walls or windows.

There are 2 parts to this review hence one star. Firstly, Jamie that came to quote and then fit our shutters was professional and friendly at all times. Jamie was polite, helpful and communicative each time he visited our home and he provided a 5 star and absolutely excellent service.
However, the second part of this review concerns the rest of the service we received that was quite the opposite. We chose Shutterley Fabulous as they are validated by John Lewis. This was a BIG mistake and I don’t know why JL have them as a 3rd party supplier. Problems involved, it being impossible to contact anyone at the company on the general 0800 telephone no. often I was left on hold for 20+minutes attempting to contact customer services. Sending an email to customer services meant waiting several days for a response. They did not honour the gift voucher that was offered if you went ahead with the order to spend at John Lewis until they were chased and then this took weeks to arrive. Appointment bookings were not coordinated at all with an appointment being offered to fit the shutters with less than 24 hours notice. As we work in NHS we could not manage not having notice and then we had to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment. When concerns were raised with customer service different staff members that were not appropriately trained or professional could not problem solve or provide any solutions and there were certainly no apologies for the lack of ANY kind of customer service. In fact the only prompt service we received from Shutterly Fabulous was someone calling us at 7pm in the evening rudely demanding full payment before the job was even finished - we had already paid 50% upfront. At the end of the job I did eventually get to speak to a customer services manager despite requesting this several times. However, I have little faith that any improvement in customer care or customer liaison will be implemented.
The fitter was exceptional but everything else was appalling and the whole approach from the company was they were doing me a favour. I would definitely NOT use this company again because of this.

Very good customer service, pricing and quality of product and installation. Joe Calcott was efficient, courteous and did a great job of the install. It’s quite a long lead time from order to install but it’s worth the wait.

I had wanted shutters for a long time, the cost was a big factor for my delaying. I contacted 'Shutterly Fabulous' for a quote.
Ben came to take measurements and show me samples of the product. I found it very reassuring, having met Ben, that he would follow the process of the measurement and the fitting. It was nice to have the same contractor to take responsibility for the whole process.
I am very pleased with the finished product, not only do they provide the shade and privacy, they look very smart inside and outside too.
Shutters are expensive, however, they give a nice kerb appeal and are an investment that will add value to my property.

The shutters once they were eventually fitted are very nice but it took nearly 7 months to have them fitted due to the wrong colour and faulty shutters being originally sent .
The fitter Jamie couldn’t have been better and was a pleasure to deal with but the office/ admin staff I dealt with were not great and I had to almost plead for some sort of refund due to the companies mistakes .
I was originally offered less than 5% in the form of a refund which was an absolute insult and after showing my displeasure was eventually offered around 10% , still below what I would have expected .
Overall now they are in they look great but I wouldn’t recommend or use again .
