Er staat dat de eerste maand 1 euro is maar ik werd geconfronteerd met een volledige huur. Er werd aangegeven dat de opslag op de begane grond hier niet voor in aanmerking komt. Dit staat nergens omschreven ook niet in de actievoorwaarden. Ik vind dit dus van shuregard een slechte start.

Online snel geregeld
Online snel geregeld, goed georganiseerd met de codes wanneer je dan voor de 1e keer bij de box komt en je doet deze open staat daar een klein tasje klaar met slotje.
Het werkt allemaal goed.
App als afstandsbediening is ook super!

Het is dicht
Het is dicht. Terwijl er overal staat dat het vandaag open zou zijn. Ik sta hier voor de shurgard met een busje die ik heb gehuurd. Ik heb morgen een event waarvoor ik al mijn spullen nodig heb die daar in mijn opslag liggen. Lekker dan. Goeie werknemers hebben jullie. Maar niet heus 👎

Werd netjes geholpen aan de balie, alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd.

Maximale hoogte om naar binnen te…
Maximale hoogte om naar binnen te rijden is maar 3meter wat een probleem werd voor kleine bus die iets hoger was
Betekende dat we buiten alles in weer en wind moesten uitladen en zien dat alles via deuren en paaltjes binnen kwam
Daarnaast is alles slecht aangegeven als je je box wilt vinden op 1e etage
Lift aan begin veels te klein met overigens een irritante biep die constant luid afgaat
Grote spullen van iets langer dan 2meter en wat breder zoals bed en kast zijn lastig tot onmogelijk naar ruimte boven te brengen zonder beschadigingen
Deze storage box eens en nooit meer

I was greeted right away when I entered the reception. The woman working was very helpful and carefully told me all the steps to access my storage space. She was friendly and very kind. I highly recommend using this storage facility.
