Aanmelden voor het huren van een box was snel en gemakkelijk gegaan. De service ook.

Snel en aardig
Snel, eenvoudige procedure, vriendelijke mevrouw aan de balie. De wat sinistere omgeving van de opslagruimtes doet helaas wat afbreuk aan de ervaring en de bochten nemen binnen het gebouw met zowel ons busje, als de trolley was wat krap. Maar efficiënt is t wel! Fun helaas niet…

Onbetrouwbaar!
Het viel me op dat een medewerker, genaamd Max Detillon, meerdere reviews over het bedrijf heeft geplaatst, waarin hij zijn eigen service prijst. Op basis van openbare informatie lijkt het erop dat deze reviews door dezelfde persoon zijn geschreven die bij het bedrijf werkt, wat vragen oproept over de authenticiteit van deze reviews.

Er is ingebroken in onze opslag
Er is ingebroken in onze opslag, wij kregen sleutels en slot van shurgard. Deze gebruikt en netjes de opslag afgesloten. Komen een week later en alle inhoud is overhoop gegooid. Deur wel netjes op slot. Lijkt dus van binnenuit een inbraak geweest te zijn. Raad het niet aan.
