We werden perfect geholpen ter plaatse
We werden perfect geholpen ter plaatse. Kwamen erachter dat de locker toch te klein was en konden hem omruilen voor een grotere. Dit was echt super goed gedaan.
Ontzettend fijn personeel, behulpzaam, grappig en vrolijk. Heerlijk om dat weer eens mee te maken.

Gemakkelijk en snel
Het huren van een opslag was simpel geregeld. Nog simpeler was de toegang tot het pand en de opslag met de app als sleutel.

Netjes verzorgd.
Alles snel en goed geregeld. Erg makkelijk. Opslagbox is goed, netjes en schoon. Sloten liggen klaar bij aankomst in de box. Locatie in Arnhem is makkelijk te bereiken en dichtbij de stad.
Minpuntje is de ruimte om auto’s te plaatsen en dingen uit te laden. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je soms niet anders kan dan even je auto in het gangpad te zetten. Helaas vaak tot irritatie van andere gebruikers van het pand die geen inlevingsvermogen hebben óf niet achteruit kunnen rijden.

De online aanmelding voor onze opslag verliep soepel. De kennismaking op locatie was heel prettig en duidelijk.

Fijne en goede service
Fijne en goede service! Alles werd goed en vriendelijk uitgelegd en de medewerkers nemen de tijd voor je. Het zag er schoon uit en alles was perfect geregeld, ook toen ik een week eerder wilde gaan huren. Dank jullie wel (lokatie Arnhem).

Er staat dat de eerste maand 1 euro is…
Er staat dat de eerste maand 1 euro is maar ik werd geconfronteerd met een volledige huur. Er werd aangegeven dat de opslag op de begane grond hier niet voor in aanmerking komt. Dit staat nergens omschreven ook niet in de actievoorwaarden. Ik vind dit dus van shuregard een slechte start.
