Communication was slow
Communication was slow, it said out for delivery for several days and then finally arrived. I wasn't sure it was coming, but finally did, so I'm satisfied.

I’m still waiting for my refund that I’ve been expecting. They won’t answer my emails. I never opened pkg and cost ME $16 to return it. Did all that was asked and now nothing. I know they received it gave them tracking # and I checked. So now what ??? Why is it we allow Companies not to abide by the rules. No phone contact. So I’m supposed to just say ok 🤷♀️. Not right …

Tiny but powerful
The delivery wait was almost a problem, arriving the day I left for my holiday! The ad gives no hint of how long the wait will be. (Around 3 weeks) The binoculars are tiny, but the lenses give extremely sharp definition, and I am very pleased with them. But what on earth is that strange bracket included in the package meant to be used for?
