Everything went well and smoothly from the purchase to the receipt of the product, even with overreactivity on the part of the seller/marketer. Which showed a strong desire to provide good service. But after I received the product, I saw that the operating and connection instructions did not have a solution to my problem. I contacted customer service with a question and then they went silent and simply did not answer... it's a shame.

I looked up the product and saw favorable reviews. It was a great price - and thought that I don't have much to lose. I placed the order and it was shipped immediately - progress was updated constantly and I received it very quickly. Pleasantly surprised - quality is great - very robust - the app dowloaded easily and connection between phone and watch was immediate. My only remark - I feel that the brochure does not cover all the functions - if the website has a user guide that shows how to fully enjoy the watch - it would be a plus.

The openess of the details that evolved around each item...I was completely absorbed in all the information I had before me....the wait wasn't very long and everything fit and readily and easily were programmed.....I even ordered another package, I was so impressed...!

Siehe Anhang mit Kauf belegen.
Das ist nicht das Produkt was sie mir geschickt haben. Schon der Name ist falsch Electric Massager. Das ist nicht der Vibra stone.
Ich bitte sie nochmals mir ein Rückgabe Label zu schicken mit ihre Adresse da die Versandkosten zu hoch sind. Weil der Fehler bei Ihnen liegt.
Falls das nicht klappt werde ich andere Schritte einleiten, und das Geld von der Kreditkarte Firma zurück fordern. Wegen falscher Artikel geliefert.

At first the wrong item after 2 weeks!!!! shipped andwas used (new was ordered). After contact of mine to sort it out- all feedbacks just now was an alibi without any information for solving. My impression is, they want to resolve the issue will not done -oriented manner. In short - distribution in Europe with shipping from CN can only end in disaster - never again(one star are to much)

This is the second foot massager I have bought , I was so pleased with the first one that I bought one as a present for an elderly aunt . I am sure she will find it as good as I have .

Actually my package didn't arrive normally.
The support notice that I didn't pick my order and contact me by mail.
We tried to find it with logistics and couldn't find it.
They almost in no time send a new order for new delivery no charge.
While sending the carrier found my lost package and I got my product at last.

I am hoping it will do the trick…it only had two nozzles but showed more in the advertisement. The box was crushed in delivery…also there is a black piece I don’t know what it is for….no instructions…..so, hoping once attached it will clean some cement pieces I have in the garden.

Company was very helpful in returning a faulty unite. My only complaint was that it had to be returned to the USA. It was shipped to me From an Australian address

Instructions manual to small. No instruction on how to access IOS connector, had to ask for support. So far, it's worked well on transfer of photos. Will try and access documents to transfer to PC. Support response was prompt.
