It took over a month for delivery The product is wrong . It was a cheap substitution for what I ordered not even close. Can't get the company to respond back. Going right to the bank to get a refund. Recommend not dealing with this company.

When I tried calling Everstride compression stockings with some questions, I get this automated message that all agents are busy, and to leave my name & #, and they will return my call. Anyway, I did NOT contact this Shopkix.com #, so am suspecting it's all a fraud. If they weren a reputable company, they would have theirnown contact #, not a conglomerate of companies. I do not recommend doing any business with anything associated with Everstride compression stockings, Shopklix.com, or anything they try to sell through their website as they can't bed honest enough to have a phone # to call that isn't connected to a master #.

J'ai commandé une montre smartrak connectée à 59,90€. Commande : O2602FRKOEQQT
Livraison faite dans des délais raisonnables. L'emballage.... dans un sachet plastique digne des envois Temu ou Shein.
La montre est d'une qualité plus que bas de gamme et ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de la mettre en charge. Les instructions, sur un tout petit livret, illisible, en anglais ou en chinois !!!
Bref, un produit que j'ai trouvé sur le site Temu à moins de 10€.
Une belle arnaque.
Je les ai contacté pour un remboursement .... A voir.
J'ai fait un signalement à la DGCCRF.
Je ne reculerai pas. Ras le bol de ces sites qui prennent les gens pour des idiots.
FUYEZ CE SITE, CE SONT DES ARNAQUEURS.

Après de nombreux mails où je demande le remboursement, j'ai été intégralement remboursée.
Cela ne change en rien mon avis sur ce site qui revend des produits de piètre qualité en multipliant les prix par, 4 ou 5 voire plus !
Si vous vous retrouvez dans la même situation que moi, surtout ne lâchez rien, insistez !!.
Je viens de lire leur réponse. Mais quel culot, dire qu'ils ne retrouvent pas ma commande et que j'ai du me tromper de site ......( le numéro de commande est en début d'avis et pourquoi m'ont-ils remboursé ???
Encore un fait en leur défaveur. Décidément, ils obtiennent la palme de l'incompétence.

Dreamweaver scam - Defective product!
I ordered a Dreamweaver (Head massage) that worked 3 times lasting the 15 min on the timer. Then it started to run only 15 seconds and stop. I charged it bet it doesn’t take charge.
I have contacted Shopklix in order to return the defected product for full refund. The offered 20% discount - that does a lot of good with a defected product!!!! I sent all the info including a video that was requested but no results. This company is a SCAM!!!!

Scam - do not buy from this company
Only had a receipt for the goods I ordered - nothing to say what I had ordered except for the money I have paid. No goods received and no other notification/email etc. Complete scam = do not buy from this company.

Het volledige bestelnummer is FNPZSEE 0220536330553612.Deze bestelling is betaald op 1/8/25 aan Shopklix Ltd. U moet dit kunnen nakijken lijkt me. Wanneer het artikel niet in mijn bezit is op 15/8/25 gaat mijn advocaat verder met u in gesprek en eis ik per omgaande mijn aankoopbedrag terug.

Item not as described when I contacted it took days to respond then kept coming up with offers of money off instead of return eventually got an email to say I was responsible for return postage if I wanted to return and the return address was in USA! Replied and just got repeated email back then nothing further. Absolutely gutted as could’ve bought same product off amazon for less money and better returns service - avoid!!!

Ich habe bei ShopKlix ein Klimagerät Namens CoolingAce gekauft. Beworben wurde es mit Made in Germany, gekommen ist Made in China, mit einer Bedienungsanweisung in chinesich!
Ich habe von meinem Rückgaberecht (innerhalb 30 Tagen) Gebrauch gemacht.
Nun soll ich die Ware zurücksenden (auf meine Kosten) ...nach China, Kosten 25 €, "Wert" der Ware 77 € !!
Ich kann nur raten diesen Anbieter zu meiden !!

N'achetez pas chez eux!!!
Livré dans les temps mais le matériel fourni JetSono ( commandé 3 ) ne fonctionne pas!! pas plus puissant qu'un pistolet d'arrosage!!! Apres plusieurs demandes pour un retour et un remboursement , ils me proposent une remise mais pour un matériel qui ne sert à rien je refuse et demande à nouveau un retour et un remboursement et depuis plusieurs semaines plus aucune réponse .....vraiment malhonnête de leur part!!!! n'achetez surtout pas chez eux!!!
