I purchased a hydrocraft water jet for £40 it is useless. It's just a piece of tube with a small nozzle no different from a hose attachment. A total con don't deal with them

I purchased a WATER JET HND because of the listing being so real about turning this so called jet washer into a great power hose to deep clean your slabs. Well, I can tell you it does not do what they claim to do. It did not clean my dirty slabs. I paid £40 for a product that does what an orderly water hose does.

Never replied to me on WhatsApp and I assume even blocked me as the profile picture disappeared. Literally, thanks for nothing!

Update: I am not one of your customers. Not everybody, who contacts you, needs to be your customer but you would not know that because your customer service is 0.

Das Produkt ist überteuert, es gab Probleme mit der Lieferung und jetzt, nach einigen wenigen Monaten ist es kaputt! Der Verkäufer will nicht erstatten und redet sich heraus, dass er nur 30 Tage Gewährleistung gibt
Gesetze scheinen ihn nicht zu interessieren, bis jetzt keine Rückerstattung....

The product is average at best. It was not easy setting it up via the App as the annoying advert for a QR code product kept coming up. Bad. I had to delete the stuff I had put into the App and then start over. Eventually got it to work.
Magnet on the device is not very strong. One cannot place it outdoors. It needs wifi at 2.4Ghz which is a pain and it doesn't tell you that until you pay and receive the camera device.
The Video help is TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!
The shipment to SA took about 4 weeks - for an online service this is poor - and I had to pay a duty at the local post office - nobody tells you that in their marketing. Also, not great value for money - someone must be making HUGE profits.
Would I buy another 360Cam Camera - no I won't.

Am 4.3. bestellt. Laut Briefträger soll am 17.3. zugestellt worden sein. Es war aber nichts da. Kontakt zum Absender und DHL aufgenommen. Absender teilt mit, Ware wurde am 17.3. zugestellt. DHL sagt, der Absender hat einen Dienstleistungsvertrag. Wenn ich die Ware nicht erhalten habe, habe ich Anrecht auf Erstattung oder Ersatz. Absender hat darauf bis heute nicht reagiert. Und weil dieser Paypal mitteilt, dass die Ware ordnungsgemäß zugestellt wurde, greift der Käuferschutz von Paypal auch nicht. Ich habe also nichts. Kein Geld mehr (100 €) und keine Ware. Ganz schlechte Nummer!!!!!!!

Edit: nach vielem und langem Hin und Her wurde mir eine neue Lieferung angekündigt und am 30.4. kam die Bestellung auch an. Am Ende also alles gut. Daher rauf auf 3 Sterne. Wir wollen ja fair bleiben.

I was doubtful when I first ordered these. I wrote emails to see where my order were. I finally looked in my junk mail. They were all there. Then my order came and I had already bought other socks. When I put these on I realized what great socks. These were easily the best compression socks I have ever worn. I have had 3 episodes of Deep Vein Thrombosis over the last 40 years. This is the best I have felt since since the last episode which was 3 years ago. Thanks for the relief!

The pillow arrived on time and is very comfortable even though I thought it was a gimmick never slept so well and neck pain reduced too, bonus.

Radar detector does not work at all, absolutely a waste of money, hard work to try to get a refund, no return address and email in Chinese. Buyer beware do not buy

Bought the Ozzie Cool for the caravan. Works quite well in the limited space. Hope to try it out over an extended period shortly.

I was worried about how long it was taking to arrive, but I eventually got an email saying it was on it's way, so felt better after that. I haven't had time to install it as yet, but hopefully things will go well

I hate giving bad reviews but even though it took 24 days for my order getting support was worse than waiting for a item shipped from USA. Hope it's better quality than the reviews. I'm smarter than this, I thought.

Very easy to order and was regularly kept updated on delivery time and date. Very pleased with the product ( small heaters )

Great device. Very easy to set up and use. Alot of choices for the watch face. Almost too many but should satisfy everyone. All the health information you need to monitor your well being. Great to be able to track delivery. Arrived sooner than I expected. Only first day but impressive.

It did take longer to arrive than expected- began to worry I bought from a scam or mirror site.
Emails updating me were helpful to reassure it was a legit site.
Can't wait to try the kitchen nozzle attachment for my next purchase.
