I caught up in the madness of bidding on TikTok. Before you know it, I was $5000.00 in. In this time I DIDN'T receive a LOT of the things I bid on. Which i lost lots of money. Truly I didn't bet 5000.00 . I believe i was ripped off. No shark vacuum, electronic waterguns,cameras and so MUCH MORE. And things i did receive were cheap. The money doesn't add up. I WILL NEVER EVER BID ON TIKTOK AGAIN. there's only 2 sites that were upright and honest. They were RSA helmets and jerseys and the jersey den. Both reputable. The rest ripped me off.
So people take it from me. I learnt my lesson. So let me be your guide to remove yourself from what I so stupidly did.

Je vous déconseille d'acheter sur Tiktok shop, j'ai acheté une clim mobile défectueuse, il m'ont obligé de payé le renvoi (une soixantaine d'euros), le vendeur espagnol refuse me rembourser,le service client Tiktok catastrophique,il vous redemande toujours la même chose pour vous décourager... fuyez !!!

Non Existent Customer Service. Do not use, item went missing on delivery, nobody will to help. Getting my money back via card services.

Bestellung nicht erhalten,laut Lieferant geliefert (im Treppenhaus abgestellt,im Hochhaus!),Tiktok Kundenservice besteht darauf dass das Paket erhalten worden ist! Nicht mal ein Stern Wert,nie wieder!

If there was a star lower than 1 even that would not be enough. I purchased some hand towels from Weave Essentials. They sent me damaged ones. When I took photos and sent them to the seller. They assured me that replacements would be sent out. They never did and kept on making excuses dragging it out. When I contacted the TikTok shop to complain. They claimed there was nothing they could do. Even though the proof was there. Completely useless....!!!!

TikTok shop is a giant scam do not order anything from that crap site.

If zero stars were possible, that’s what I would give. They do not provide customer support in any way. In fact they will always side with their sellers, because that’s where their money is made. There will always be a new sucker and that’s what they’re counting on.
Unfortunately, I should have checked reviews here before o made the mistake of shopping on TikTok.

Customer returned back a broken old dirty item which isn’t the new item i sent and claimed I sent it her that way. It was an expensive item. I showed all evidence and receipts but the customer kept going to multiple different agents to get the decision overturned again and again so I got tired of repeating myself appealing again and again. I then decided to pursue with a fraud report crime number as the customer ended up giving me junk and the customer kept the brand new item plus keeping the refund so the customer ended up with double and I ended up with a loss. I decided to take it up with a gov money claims via court so be warned if you’re thinking of doing these things because there are sellers who gather tight knit evidence just in case things go wrong and will pursue no matter how big or small the money loss is.

Dont order from Tik Tok as Tik Tok is also involved in the conspiracy of pacels going missing and then supporting the seller to reject refunds .
Also they request you appeal or submit dispute hence tried both but doesnt let you submit how clever cunning sly and really corrupted

Service client inexistant géré par un BOT IA qui ne comprends rien ! A fuir, je ne ferais plus d'achat sur Tiktok Shop ! J'ai fait un achat, le colis sur le suivi Colissimo est indiqué comme livré mais je ne l'ai pas reçu, je demande une enquête auprès de La Poste Colissimo, le résultat est que en effet le colis est perdu et n'a pas été livré confirmé par un courrier email du service, je fourni la preuve de non livraison à Tiktok Shop et malgré ca, en dépits des lois sur la protection des acheteurs, je ne suis pas remboursé par Tiktok Shop ! Au bout de 5 demandes de remboursement toutes cloturées, j'ai fini par faire un signalement auprès de la DGCCRF, j'attends la réponse de Tiktok qui a 2 mois pour répondre, si je ne suis pas remboursé j'utiliserai la protection juridique auprès de ma banque et demanderai des dommages et intérêts !

Expérience catastrophique avec TikTok Shop.
J’ai passé une commande que je n’ai jamais reçue, et le livreur ne me l’a jamais remise. Pourtant, TikTok Shop a décidé de considérer la commande comme « livrée » et a refusé mon litige.
J’ai ensuite contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises. Plusieurs conseillers m’ont assuré que j’allais être remboursé. J’ai donc attendu en faisant confiance à leurs réponses. Mais aucun remboursement n’est arrivé.
Aujourd’hui, après toutes ces démarches, TikTok Shop m’explique finalement que mes demandes sont clôturées et que le délai est désormais dépassé, et me conseille même de me tourner vers une association de consommateurs ou un conseiller juridique.
Le plus inadmissible n’est même pas le montant de la commande : c’est la manière dont le dossier a été traité. Produit jamais reçu, promesses répétées de remboursement, puis refus définitif parce que le délai aurait expiré.
Je déconseille fortement TikTok Shop. En cas de problème de livraison, mon expérience montre qu’il est extrêmement difficile d’obtenir une solution, même après plusieurs échanges avec leur propre service client.
1 étoile, et uniquement parce qu’il est impossible d’en mettre zéro.

Purtroppo tipica manovra di Brushing per poter fare recensioni di prodotti con un account falso , prendendo i dati delle persone in modo illegittimo...

Ongelooflijk slechte customer service; door mij bestelde product van Nikkie Plessen is volgens TikTok shop geleverd, wat niet het geval is want ik heb niks ontvangen maar wel betaald natuurlijk. Ik moet nu bewijzen dat het niet geleverd is door TTshop: ze willen een filmpje van mijn evt. CCTV beelden van de dag van de vermeende levering waarop te zien is dat er geen postbode aan mijn deur is geweest. Je gelooft het niet, hoe verzin je het!
Als je hier iets besteld en er gaat iets mis, dan kun je naar een refund fluiten want er is totaal niet op een normale manier te communiceren met deze club. Ik bestel hier nooit meer en raad iedereen aan om TikTokShop heeeel ver links te laten liggen. Maar goed, alle reviews hier zeggen eigenlijk genoeg; het is een grote scam.
