You were extremely difficult to deal with in regards of what you required in a prescription. I have never had an issue boating a CPAP or supplies in my years of use. I customer service rep stated he would call me once my order was ready to ship to discuss expedited shipping. He never called and we were waiting for the portable device before leaving on vacation. We were delayed several hours in leaving.

Terrible Experience
I sent you an email last Friday about my experience. It was terrible. I thought I would get used to the AirMini, but instead, I got sick, with my sinuses continuously draining on Thursday and Friday. I stopped using the AirMini after six days of continuous use.

I received my AirMini in two days
I received my AirMini in two days. The pricing was the most favorable I've seen from any online seller. I do wish there had been more explanation of the HumidX options. I ended up ordering the wrong ones the first time.

Traveling Salesperson
I wanted a CPAP for travel so I was interested in the Resmed mini. (I fly for work a lot so what a pain it is carrying large CPAP then looking for distilled water everywhere) After I got Dr. prescription the website was very easy to navigate and I received product quickly. Thanks
