Manufacturing issues can arise which is a quality control issue that adidas need to monitor. However I have to say NUFC’s customer service is the best customer service I have ever dealt with. It was an absolute pleasure. Alex responded very quickly, rectified the issue, also gave me options (that I missed), and was patient when it came to my response. Makes the whole transaction a breeze. Thank you very much. Pleasure speaking with you. Credit to the club.

Hi when ordering inadvertently didnt put the full delivery address. One email and it was sorted. Very responsive and quick resolution.

I had an issue with an order I made, for which I was at fault. Customer service, and in particular Alex, sorted things out for me with the minimum of fuss. Excellent customer service and the way it was handled with thought and care. What a refreshing change that is in today's world and it's something that leaves you feeling good that there are still people and businesses that care, even more so when it's 'our club'.

Though I haven't received my order yet (placed less than 24 hours ago) I had an issue whilst placing the order late on in the evening. Got a response back in minutes and after a bit of back and forth, the issue was resolved. Jae/Alex was so helpful and professional - a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Great selection of merchandise and easy to order. My order did however go missing in delivery thru Evri but full credit to nufc who sorted immediately.

Ordered an NUFC personalised shirt. Unable to collect it from InPost locker at St James’ Park due to travel plans coming back home being affected by the impact of Storm Dave.

Once shirt went back to the online NUFC store, they reassured me by promising to send it to my home address. Was willing to pay the £4.99 to get it delivered, but they did it for free. The value of that delivery is being donated to charity as a goodwill gesture.

Absolutely outstanding care from the NUFC staff. Commendable. They deserve credit, despite the difficult form of the men’s team on the pitch, and the women unfortunately all but missing out on promotion to the WSL

There are still plenty of great things happening at Newcastle United.

My order did not arrive due to a courier problem. Your shop addressed the issue immediately ( same day) and sent a replacement pair.

Slight problem with Evri (shock horror) but contacted NUFC customer support and they resolved it immediately!

The adidas item received was really oversized in comparison to other similar items I had in the past. I live in USA and had to pay high shipping and import duties, but because the sizing was so inconsistent NUFC customer service refunded me everything including duties and return shipping. Much appreciated

I ordered a golf head cover. Evri delivered the package to the wrong address and were not interested in helping to resolve the issue.
Alex helped resolve the delivery problems very efficiently and was quick to respond to my email.
I am still to receive the golf head cover but the service received from NUFC has been excellent.
I suggest that you review your courier service contract. Evri are letting the team down.

Just made an order on here for my grandsons birthday, very easy to find what I wanted and a great choice of payment methods. I stupidly wrote the house number down wrong so had to get in touch to get it changed, Lucy emailed me back near enough straight away to say it had been rectified, absolutely great customer service, will definitely keep buying from here

Ordered an item that ended up being lost by courier.
Contacted via email and was asked to leave it with them for a day while they contacted courier. 2 days later still no parcel so I contacted again and a replacement order was issued immediately

Excellent customer service. I messed up some details in my order and they responsed the same day with a solution.
