Excellent customer service experience. I contacted NUFC regarding an item that appeared to be missing in transit to the USA and received a very quick response offering either a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement and, within minutes, received confirmation that a new order had been processed.
Every customer service representative I dealt with was professional, courteous and helpful. I was extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently everything was handled.
As an additional comment, everything I have ever ordered from NUFC has been excellent quality and usually ships very quickly to the USA.

Speedy service and Excellent customer service

Ordered new third strip from the online shop. Arrived faulty. Contacted customer support team and Jake went over and above to help and send a replacement. Can’t thank him enough and would like to highlight how professional and easy he was to deal with. In this day and age it was a pleasure to deal with someone who actually took a legitimate complaint seriously. Thanks

Bought a few tops for me and the misses, returned a top due to size being accurate, however I over size too much, the return was so easy and staff over email, responded quickly and efficiently. Money was refunded quickly and bought smaller size. Very impressed with service and staff, but that’s what you get with the toon. HWTL

I only ordered my lovely away shirt 3 days ago .and these lady's sorted everything out to get the shirt to me just before my holiday .thank you so much for doing that 😄

I placed an order which was collected by Evri over a week ago and has since become ‘lost’. I emailed the NUFC customer services regarding this today and within a couple of hours after I emailed I had a notification saying my order was replaced and was on its way. I am really grateful for the exceptional level of customer service I’ve received. Especially as the order is a gift for my wife’s birthday. Thank you so much for being so gracious, expedient and restoring my faith in humanity!

The delivery address with my order had complications and Evri sent my package back to the warehouse, NUFC had no issues refunding me, in fact I didn't even ask they just did it. Then they reassured me my re-order was coming to the correct place the second time around.

Excellent customer service. Handeled quickly in a friendly manner. Issue they dealt with me was handled on the same day.

Travelled 360 mile round trip to the visit Malta weekend. On Sunday 16th August we visited the club shop, bought my son the lilac pink shirt for a whopping £85. On the drove home we noticed the stitching was faulty near the 'knox' sponsor. Emailed customer service several times and got the same response 'we need to ring the shop'. Have since rang the shop 15 times without reply and left 3 v.mails. Contacted customer service again via email with the same response given and no alternative way to sort the matter! This is the worst customer service I have ever received and from owners that are the richest in the world. I have only have 2 options, drive the 360 miles again OR to take it on the chin and purchase a replacement!

Hello from Western Massachusetts, USA! I received my order today. Very fast, hassle free shipping. Beautiful 25/26 third kit shirt.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Even though it’s not their fault a new one has been dispatched as soon as I made contact with them. Customer service is second to none.xx

Despite receiving my men's home shirt without the 'front of shirt' sponsor logo attached yesterday, although it was clearly advertised as having it on, the club shop support team have quickly arranged for it's recall and mistake ammendment.

Shirt was lost by EVRI! Contacted the club Jamie without hesitation or any argument sorted out me a replacement without me even having to ask. Excellent customer service by Newcastle customer services team.
Up the toon!

There are always those willing to criticize the club but I have to write to say how incredibly kind they have been to me who simply wanted to know how I could get the Knox logo on the new shirt having bought it prior to the sponsorship being confirmed and living in Malta. The club have actually sent me a new shirt plus sponsor and told me to keep the old one. I am travelling to East Africa in 2 weeks and will present the old one to my driver in Uganda who is a Toon fan. Incredible gesture by the club. Thank you so much

I accidentally ordered the Home shirt without the front sponsor because the Away shirt I bought at the same time already had it.When I realized my mistake and reached out, Alex provided the most incredible customer service. He deeply understood a fan's heart and went above and beyond to resolve my issue in the most generous way possible.Everything has just arrived safely and they are absolutely perfect! Alex is a legend, and I am now a loyal fan of the NUFC Online Store. 10/10!

I've twice had recourse to contact customer support about redirecting an order and have had an excellent and very swift resolution to what was my mistake.

I e-mailed Newcastle United club shop regarding my 26/27 season top about add the sponsorship to the front. They replied quickly and efficiently and gave me all information how to have it added to my shirt. Postage was sorted out and return and it didn’t take long for them to complete my shirt and return it. Excellent service.

I know people have had issues receiving the wrong items etc, which has been well documented. But I can only go off my own experience.

Unfortunately the lettering came of the shirt. However they were quick and efficient to give me a partial refund, once I made them aware they only gave a partial refund, they were even quicker giving me the rest back. Can't fault them at all
