The folks at the NUFC Shop quickly and courteously handled a quality control issue with a jersey - they were GREAT!

Put my mind at ease, they resolved my issue with my order very efficiently.

Ordered a howay the lasses mug however unfortunately it arrived damaged so emailed customer support and they’re sending out a replacement mug Jamie has been really helpful in fixing the matter.

I appreciate the staff at Newcastle United store so much they are sending me out a new gk shirt free of charge for one that had the wrong kit badge on it this is one of the reasons I love my club best club in the world HwTL toon4life

I bought the new away strip. And Evri has lost it. I got in contact to ask where it was. And the team was very efficient off sorting my query out and replacing the lost shirt free of charge with free delivery. So thank you Jamie and Alex for helping me sort it out. You’re a credit to the team.

New kit release day

The new away kit 26/27, stunning.

Wanted the keeper kit to go with it, told in-store it won't release until next week.

Found it on the website, ordered for Next day delivery, no surprise that next day, no sign of the shirt.

Nufc "customer service" said it never said Next day delivery, I had to send proof that it does infact say that.

Expecting it Monday, low and behold no sign of it and told it will be there Tuesday.

Well here we are Tuesday and got an email from evri, very sorry but as nufc store don't hold us accountable it will be late and we don't really care "unlucky".

I will have to hold off buying from online in future, in store brilliant but it seems Newcastle have stopped caring about fans full stop, be it in signings, correspondence or now at selling the kit.

Long gone are the days of Keegan saying this is your club your money and we look after it. It is a shame to see how far the club has fallen, a friend even said it's NUFC store everyone knows the customer service is poor.....that shouldn't be anyone's response.

Fast email replies, great customer service, Alex went out of the way to verify on my order and provided me with utmost assurance. Great passion frpm you guys at NUFC! HOWAY THE LADS!

Fantastic response to my delayed/missing order (Evri at fault) and a replacement order sent. Was an order for a birthday so really appreciated the prompt action. Thanks again to Alex and Lucy. (5 stars for NUFC customer service, -1 for Evri)

I ordered a couple of items off of the website for shipping to the US. I received the items fairly quickly and was happy with the delivery, unfortunately one of the items was the wrong size. I emailed customer service and Alex responded very quickly and was able to help out the best way they could. I got the return shipping label and followed their instructions on getting the proper sized item and refund. I will for sure be back to purchase again.

I bought two new 26/27 NUFC shirts at a cost of 205.00. Both arrived beautifully packaged, flat, rigid, tissue paper and cellophane packet inside a NUFC bag. One was too small so was refunded and a new larger one bought which was for a gift. HOWEVER: It arrived screwed up in a tiny polythene bag, no other internal packaging, and was clearly a one they had received back from someone else and not bothered repackaging properly. That shirt was £85.00. When I complained, the courier was blamed and no fault accepted in reality. They claimed it would have been packaged flat but the bag it was screwed up in is only 7x7 inches!! They said send it back and we will refund, but it was an intended gift and my recipient was waiting for it now. There was no goodwill incentive given for the upset caused by the awful dispatch and no blame accepted, except to blame anyone else but themselves. Never again.

Excellent shopping experience and fast shipping. Customer service was also great for shipping inquiries (I live in Argentina). I've purchased Newcastle merchandise from them before. Very happy with the service!

Easy to use website, great special offers and a fabulous support team! (the guys helped me when I initially gave the wrong post code!) We'll definitely keep buying from you!

I made an error in ordering an item and to be honest usually most companies I deal with would be lethargic and cumbersome in dealing with my request. All my emails were responded too quickly and professional and saved me a lot of stress

Ordered a shirt but accidentally put the wrong address. I emailed nufc on a Sunday evening, not expecting an immediate response but I got one, and the problem was rectified immediately.

I had odered a personalised football shirt which i do every year.
On this occasion and for the first time i received my shirt with faulty transfers. After emailing about this to the customer service i was emailed back within minutes with options to resolve the issue from Alex.

I decided to have a replacement as my option which was sorted as soon as I sent email confirmation of my return item.
Again this was done within minutes of emailing them with
Anna responded to the confirmation and had sorted the replacement.
I can't fault them in anyway the service was quick and efficient and one of the best I have received from a company I will be as always do be buying from them again knowing if anything gose wrong they are happy to resolve quickly

Upon making a purchase on the NUFC website tonight, I stupidly made an error when entering the delivery address. I contacted the customer services immediately to notify them, and received a reply literally minutes later to say that they had corrected my error - quite unexpected for very late on a Friday evening! Excellent service, and my wholehearted thanks to Alex.
