Love the actual product however we were getting through 1 filter every 2 weeks as our water is so bad , making it more expensive than bottled water

Doesn't matter now
Look, the shop is great. The product is great and I was really glad I got the Zero Water filter. My coffee is noticeably improved from stripping back the water to zero then remineralising. Absolutely worth the investment
But then
Roughly 3 weeks after my purchase when I was in the glow of consumer satisfaction, making plans on how else I can utilise the zero water I get an email saying the UK website is closing down. So now I feel cheated. I made this purchase, shelled out money for something that is no longer going to be available for UK distribution. MAYBE there will a third party seller or MAYBE I can import the filters from America. But if I can then DEFINITELY there will be more hassle involved and DEFINITELY it'll be more expensive.
So yeah, great product but it doesn't matter now does it.

Terrible dishonest company
Bought my water filter at the end of November, everything was good, then they have now said they are closing the company in England which supplies the cartridges to their English customers! They must have know this when they sold me my unit which is now obsolete. Terrible, dishonest company

Can't recommend
Filter does what it says to reduce water to zero but realise now that also means all the good minerals. The Filter only lasted a couple of weeks so could be expensive, however as I've now had an email telling me they're closing their UK operation I'm not sure how long we will be able to buy filters. Had I known that a few weeks ago i wouldn't have bought it!

Disappointed
I bought a ZeroWater dispenser jug with filters, but unfortunately, it’s no longer supported. So, I decided to get a Culligan-branded dispenser with the new filters, only to find out the company is shutting down in the UK and will no longer be providing the filters (which were excellent).

It’s good but expensive and you need two lots a month in Bristol as the water is so hard which works out more expensive than having it connected straight to your water taps under the sink

Fitted the bill Perfectly
I purchased the 9.5 ltr water filter, I've been wanting one with mainly glass/metal construction. But also easy to clean and not difficult to put together, this fitted the bill perfectly.
