Love the actual product however we were getting through 1 filter every 2 weeks as our water is so bad , making it more expensive than bottled water

The Top Quality of Zero Water Filters
Thank you for responding so fast to my order for filters. Regretfully DPD did not deliver my filters to my home but decided I was not at home, without the bother of ringing my doorbell. I’m seriously disabled and sit next to the front window watching the world go by! Did I blink and miss him? Or was he a smart arse making his job easier? I did manage to get it delivered courtesy of a friend who is marginally more mobile than I am.
I’m sorry you’re leaving us. Perhaps if you had advertised more widely you would have a bigger slice of the market. After all - you can’t regard other water filters as serious, or even, opposition.

Absolutely fantastic water dispenser…
Absolutely fantastic water dispenser and the best water filters EVER! Service was second to none! However a few weeks after making my not inexpensive (but worth it) filtration system, the company decided they were pulling out of the uk market. I feel somewhat betrayed.
