Love the actual product however we were getting through 1 filter every 2 weeks as our water is so bad , making it more expensive than bottled water

Great quality and the best tasting…
Great quality and the best tasting water,
The only downside is the cost of the filters and the length of time they last.
To be fair I live in a very hard water area but the filters at full price every month is a high cost, I recently purchased at half price which makes it much more affordable.

An unimpressive product at a high price.
The filters do not last long at all - 2 to 3 weeks for 1 person. As such they are expensive. The 1.7l jug is shoddy and falls apart in no time. The filters are utterly infuriating to install - very hard to screw in and then they leak impossibly - I was sent filters with the film seal, not the blue screw cap so perhaps you were dumping old stock on me before you closed shop in UK.

Excellent quality 5 stage filters
I am a repeat customer for the Culligan Zerowater filters because they give me around 6 weeks of clean water per filter. You can taste a big difference between tap water and Zerowater and this can also be checked with the water tester supplied with the jug. I would definitely recommend. Delivery is also very quick.

Customer services blatantly lied
After many emails I was assured that I could continue buying the legacy filters from them. I was told that the glass table top dispenser was a new design and that the new plastic reservoir would not fit the glass table top dispenser I had bought previously. Bought a new glass table top dispenser and the new plastic reservoir for the new filter fits the old glass dispenser perfectly. They are identical in shape and size. I initially asked if i could just have the new plastic reservoir for the old dispenser and was told it would not fit as it was a totally different design. Very frustrated and annoyed at being blatantly lied to and now the company is nolonger trading in Ireland what a complete scam.

ZeroWater filters are better than this
The new Culligan ZeroWater filters is not better than the old ZeroWater filters, except the jug.
The filter could only last maximum 15 days, I only bought a pack of four 1st of Feb and it’s now my third filter. I was using ZeroWater filters for about a year and they at least could last for a month.
I chose Culligan because with the same price ranges, I thought the filter could at least maintain its quality, but with better design on the Jug. Sadly, its disappointed me with lower quality filter.

Great tasting water & chemical free.
We have 2 zero water filter jugs and I wanted one for our caravan so we can always have pure chlorine free water that tastes lovely.
It was so easy to purchase and lots of information too. We have just had a break in the caravan found the jug very convenient and it’s great to not have to be worrying about chemicals and plastic bottles.

ORDER OF NEW FILTERS
I just needed new filters and went online to do this. They arrived promptly and well packaged.
Alas this will be the last review for Culligan Zero as they are closing in the UK and I'll have to buy replacement filters through Amazon or Lakeland.

Although dpd didn’t deliver my package…
Although dpd didn’t deliver my package of 4 filters which i ordered (a second time Amazon no longer use this courier service) but Sarah was kind enough to offer and got me a refund. So im extremely grateful. Im so very sorry your company is no longer operational in the UK ( don't blame you) but thank you for your service and i wish your company success back home in the USA

An improvement overall with some reservations.
On the whole I do think the new Culligan water filter is an improvement on the older Zero version. The TDS meter is easier to read, the jug doesn't spill like the older version and it is easier to clean.
However the Culligan jug is bulkier and heavier which is an issue for those of us who have arthritis in the hands and wrists. I'm having to keep the Culligan jug on the worktop and use a plastic jug to fill the reservoir instead of filling directly from the tap.
