Love the actual product however we were getting through 1 filter every 2 weeks as our water is so bad , making it more expensive than bottled water

I like these filters, ordering could be made simpler
I haven’t used the cartridges yet so can’t comment but they arrived in very good time as usual, and were well-packed. Generally I find the cartridges great and last a good few months for one person (all drinking and cooking water) in this area where the water isnt as polluted as the city where I used to live.
There’s been a change on the website, perhaps of product range, ¿company you buy from too? The images of the filters for my jug appeared different, without the plastic lids previously used and there was another unfamiliar filter displayed. So I was unsure whether I was ordering the correct filter. It would be a help to clarify this although it’s good not to use unnecessary plastic.

Best water filter ever
I was recommended zero water by a friend, being as though I live in a very hard water area and the amount of limescale deposited in my kettle was nasty! The water the filter produces tastes pure better than bottled water and its nice to know all the nasties are being withdrawn. More reductions on filters would be nice. Not sure how it would compare to a water distiller given the price of electric. Other than that no complaints excellent product.

A very good product
Speedy delivery of items. Very pleased with quality of water jug plus easy to fill and use. Filters do their job well. Like the meter, easy to see when it needs changing. I have always bought bottled water which is heavy now I don’t. I think this product is excellent and would highly recommend it.

My parcel arrived promptly, I have had a filter for about 4 months and am nearing the end of my 1st filter (2 people) fortunately our water quality is better than most. I have bought another 2, for my daughters, love them !!

Easy to order Culligan 1.7 ltr jug
Easy to order Culligan 1.7 ltr jug, arrived on time with clear instructions. Bought as my older ZeroWater jug spilt badly when filled to near the top. New lid design seems good but did seem to leak a bit when the jug full. Too early to judge, but slimmer shape is good.
