I recently purchased from this company and all I can say is I don't understand why so many bad reviews my teeth strips were exactly what I ordered customers service was amazing, and they arrived in 3 days it's definitely not a scam I will most definitely be purchasing again!!

Placed order on 7th of June . Tracking says its cleared customs. Still haven't received my order . Awaiting a response from the company. Order number HKAUWBC-1877

My product was seized by customs n I tried several times to contact the company not one call or refund

Son unos estafadores, no pidáis nada por esta página. Pedí un blanqueador de dientes, el pedido se supone que lo recibiría a los 8-9 días laborables, pues ya han pasado dos meses y sigo sin recibirlo. Al principio dicen que el problema es por la agencia, luego te dicen que la dirección de envío está incorrecta cuando está correcta, les he pedido que me devuelvan el dinero y no lo han hecho. Voy a demandarles

Very good experience!
Bought from here twice. First time without any problems.
Second time the delivery time a bit longer. Wrote to them and got a reply the day after. It was delayed due to Christmas. Fair enough... :-)
I just got the package today (3st of February). And everything is as ordered.

Will buy from them again.

Ordine fatto il 23 novembre 2023, da un paio di settimane mando email per avere notizie dato che il tracking da Hong Kong è fermo ma nessuna risposta. Ordinato in passato e nessun problema a parte un po' di ritardo.

FURTHER TO MY REVIEW ON THE 15 NOV SW RESPONDED TO MY WHATSAPP ASKING IF I HAD CONTACTED EVRI I SENT THEM EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE FROM EVRI WHO CONFIRMED THEY HAD LOST MY PARCEL. I REQUESTED A REFUND AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM SW EVER SINCE SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID

Received item in few days, haven't tried it yet, will just be hoping it works and if does will order again

Don't bother with this company - Ireland will stop the packages at customs and you will not get your order. Has happened to me and a friend now.

My pack off strips never even came. I sent so many e mails. Tried calling the what's app number and texting absolutely no reply. I spent 40 euro and got absolutely nothing. Not even a refund. When I track it says nothing from June 7th. I would avoid at all cost..awful customer service

Stay well away, no reply on customer account impossible to get through have not received my order don’t order off them !!!!!

Overpriced...i could find it cheaper but longer shipping than mentioned, thats why i bought it on their website for faster delivery but at the end i had to wait a month as well instead of 9 days

I never got the product. No customer service replied to my mails. This is fraud

Hice un pedido SW-63751 el 11 de Junio, y no tengo forma de ver el seguimiento del pedido. Escribí tanto por email como por chat y no responden. Lo único que he recibido es la factura de pago y que me lo han enviado pera el pedido no me ha llegado.

Ordered at start of May. Package has been in Netherlands since 24th May. Company answered one message on WhatsApp but no follow upon where the package is. Thus company is a scam and I have lost 60 euros. Do not use.

I did my order on may 6th, we are June 20th and no news about my parcel. I order for more than 200 € and they said I received it. No phone call, no possibility to talk in other language than English. It is unbelievable
