What I bought wasn't clothing, but a company should take responsibility for all. I bought a 17 in 1 bench and received a generic comparison of photos and expectations. What I received is laughed. Con company.

J’ai retourné ma commande SHEIN…

J’ai retourné ma commande SHEIN GSO1WQ30U00QE2R le 27/08/2025 via Mondial Relay (numéro de retour 32016875) pour un montant de 195,74 €.
Selon Mondial Relay, le colis a bien été livré à l’entrepôt SHEIN.
Pourtant, SHEIN me donne des réponses contradictoires : par téléphone, on me dit que le colis était « vide », par e-mail qu’il manquait des articles, sans jamais fournir de preuve. Il me raccroche au nez et me disent que le remboursement ne sera pas fait.
De plus, SHEIN refuse d’ouvrir un litige auprès de Mondial Relay, alors que c’est exactement ce que le transporteur demande pour clarifier la situation.
Malgré mes multiples appels et messages, aucune solution concrète n’est proposée et je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée.
Je demande un remboursement immédiat ou l’ouverture d’un litige réel pour faire valoir mes droits.

This is absolutely ridiculous! this delivery person at the picture that you send was downstairs and probably placed the package on top of this mailbox in the public hall. so everyone can take this with them. We live on the 4th floor! We where not at home at the time of delivery. There is proof of that; we were working! It is absurd that we have to pay for something we did NOT receive! you keep saying that this is not true! We will absolutely appeal against this! This is not correct and very customer unfriendly!

Unable to return items - phantom Order No.

I have received some great pieces from Shein in the past but my latest two orders were problematic so I will be very slow to use Shein again. Phantom order numbers quoted on my order confirmation which do not exist on their records and result in the inability to return items and long winded emails from Shein which make no sense and then the email communication goes silent - no responses/assistance to resolve the issue and facilitate the return. Money down the drain …. Beware!

Slechte service. Pakket weg, heb je pech!

Ze maken gebruik van een onbetrouwbaar bezorgdienst Cirro. Waar talloze negatieve berichten over gepast worden, naar ze blijven deze gebruiken. Bezorgdienst beweert dat het pakket is geleverd en ervoor is getekend , terwijl ik niets heb ontvangen en op vakantie was. Er wordt geen overduidelijk bewijs van levering geleverd, maar ik moet bij Shein wel bewijzen dat ik niets heb ontvangen. Hoe bewijs je dat je iets niet hebt!!! Achterlijk gewoon. Ze geloven de leugens van de bezorger en jij blijft in een eindeloze discussie met een achterlijke klantenservice die alleen per mail bereikbaar is en die maar blijft vragen om bewijs. Nogmaals, hoe laat je iets zien wat je niet hebt!!!
Als he zo met je klanten omgaat, ben je wat mij betreft een slecht bedrijf.

Frais de traitement abusifs de 37 € sans information préalable

J’ai retourné un colis Shein et découvert qu’ils avaient prélevé 37 € de “frais de traitement” totalement imprévus. Ces frais n’étaient mentionnés nulle part lors de la commande, ni clairement expliqués dans leurs conditions générales.

Malgré mes demandes de précisions, je ne reçois que des réponses automatiques sans justification légale.
En France, le Code de la consommation (articles L221-5 et L221-11) impose que tout frais supplémentaire soit indiqué clairement avant l’achat et accepté par le client. Ce n’est pas le cas ici.

Je considère cette pratique comme abusive et trompeuse. J’ai engagé un signalement auprès de la DGCCRF et je déconseille fortement ce site tant que ces frais opaques ne sont pas supprimés.

Be careful! Very cheeky company!

While Shein is fairly cheap (although as you'll soon ready not as much as you initially think) and some item are nice, there were some veeery cheeky issues that made me go from frequent customer to deciding to delete my account - and never shop from them every again!-once my ongoing disputes are resolved.

1- Most cheeky thing ever which I couldn't believe!! Have you ever wondered why items are so cheap but your basket is over the hundreds? The prices of some of the items in your basket increase as you add items to your basket! Don't believe me? try it out yourself or look it up on google as other people have spoken about this before. So at the end of it, between this, shipping fee,handling fee etc (which you don't get back) the items cost almost as much as other shops but are of worse quality.
Also sometimes I received 2 of the exact same item, but one is more expensive than the other (what!?). At first I used to think it was my mistake (although it had never happened to me with other online shops) but then realised it wasn't me, just like the prices go up, quantity can as well.
And you might ask "why wouldn't you just refund the extra items?" well because of problem number 2..
2- some items are non refundable!! and no, it doesn't state it clearly before you buy it nor does it have any logical pattern to it all. For instance, I could understand why jewellery may not be refundable but why wouldn't (unused) shoes or a dress be non-refundable? Same dress, one in cream and one in orange..one is refundable, the other isn't.
3- Some items were missing from the package. Shein refused to refund them because their packaging history/details showed no issues with packaging. This really made me laugh! First of all, where is the proof of this? and most importantly if staff realised they hadn't packed one of the items, why would they report it as a problem rather than just add it to the package or post it separately? baffling..
4- One of my packages showed as delivered but I didn't receive it. While the fault for this may lay with the courier rather than Shein, they still put it back on me to contact the courier and all the headache that came with it even though this was not my fault!!! At the end of the day I am paying the (literal) price for something that wasn't my fault! I think that the cost of this should at the very least be shared between me, courier and Shein. Even though it's crazy as I am a simple customer and they are multi billion dollar companies!!

Extremely cheeky and very disappointing. Shop at your own risk!

Shein unprofessional company

Shein is the worst and cold hearted company. I can't believe that a big company like this cannot provide a service where I have sent numerous emails, messages even evidence that I did not receive 4 items out 31 and have the parcel delivered to me with brown tap sealed around it which clearly indicates that someone had opened it.
I've informed Evri as well but not sure nothing. I have now contacted ombudsman and waiting for outcome. This has been stressful as I used clearpay and they have said that I will still have to pay for items I never received. Oh also leaving a review on here all Shein will do to avoid dealing with this is contact the customer service team which is a joke because it's a repeat AI that just says the same thing. Joke avoid Shein!

Trying to save € by using the worst carrier

they use GLS despite all the complaints so far. The rating for GLS speak for itself. All my orders that come through GLS get lost, stolen or dropped at a far away pick up point. Shein trying to save a buck on sending orders by using the worst carrier in Europe.

Sain rikkinäisen tuotteen. Tein valituksen ja voin vain palauttaa sen, mutta vain omalla kustannuksellani. Palauttaminen maksaa moninkertaisesti enemmän kuin itse tuote. Asiakaspalveluun vastaa robotti, eikä sieltä ole apua, vain myyjä on suojattu. Kuten muutkin kirjoittavat, menetät rahasi. En enää tilaa Sheiniltä. Temu ja Aliexpress ovat turvallisempia, koska olen itse asiassa saanut hyvityksen rikkinäisistä tuotteista. Laitan myös muutaman kuvan, joissa odotan asiakaspalvelun vastausta, mutta en saa sitä.

Joku Sheiniltä kirjoittaa varmasti kommenttini alle ja pyytää anteeksi ja antaa ohjeet ongelman ratkaisemiseksi, mutta lopputulos on edelleen kommunikointi robotin kanssa.

Yes!!! I too would not give any stars.
I picked out the dresses I liked.
But as I went through the stages of online shopping, but then the prices had doubled… by the time I got to putting my bank card in I noticed in the left hand Corner (tiny) the price of the dresses had tripled, so what had started at £47, had tripled. Thank god I was vigilant and checked out the company and there was not 1 positive comment. Firstly I Did google why SHEIN prices tripled and thank you google as I then went to Trustpilot.
How in gods name get away with treating people and how many people do not realise until their bank statement.
This sounds very much like a scan.

I would give zero stars

I would give zero stars, if possible. They are scammers! Advertising free returns but if you actually want to return something you have to pay yourself. The customer support is the worst, they don't care at all. The quality of the products is disgusting, it's absolutely not wearable! Cheap quality is an understatement.

No grace for cancer patient

My mom ordered things from their website, it got delivered 12/5. Mom has been in the hospital since before these items arrived. She got to try some of them on and the returning items were sent home with me. She forgot to tell me that today is the last day to do the return so I try to return and according to them I was 20 MINUTES too late to return her items. My mom is a stage 4 cancer patient and they won't even give us the respect to allow us to return anymore. Inhumane! Customer service was rude about it too.

I have ordered from shein before and have been very happy, but now the shipping and delivery time takes so lon and i didn’t even get my package i am so disappointed. They don’t even have express shipping anymore. I don’t like this at all and hope they are fixing the shipping time soon
